It has been proposed that coupling method which couples an analytical solution and the standard finite elements, for analyzing the electromagnetic fields. The coupling method retains the sparsity and symmetry of the final system matrix, the merits of standard FEM. However, previous coupling method analyzes the whole region of model even when it has symmetric structure in Neumann or Dirichlet condition. This paper suggests a coupling scheme, like the standard FEM, which analyzes only a part of model with symmetric structure. To verify the usefulness of the proposed method, an example which can he solved analytically is chosen and analyzed. And the results are compared with those of the standard FEM and of the analytic method.

This research has been, through examining and analyzing urgent problems and pending questions of education in technical high schools, conducted to find out the efficient way of linking normal curriculum implementation with National Technical Qualification Testing System in technical high schools, which have dual objectives of curriculum implementation and acquisition of the qualification for the secone-rate craftsman. The final suggestions of this research are as follows : i) Identity of objectives of education in technical high schools and contents of NTQT(National Technical Qualification Test) for the second-rate craftsman is required for normal curriculum implementation in technical high schools. ii) The principals of technical high schools above a certain required level should be entitled to confer the qualification. iii) The way to technical field should be open to the students of technical high schools by newly establishing the rank of the assitant technician below the second-rate technician and giving the students the opportunity to acquire that qualification. iv) To sceure middle class technical manpower for the future industrial society, the kinds of qualification test should not be overclassified. v) Social device to favor those who have acquired qualification should be prepared on the premise that their qualification has public confidence.
