간호대학생의 아르바이트 경험이 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과 연구

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 아르바이트 실태를 파악하고, 아르바이트 경험의 다양한 요인들 중 간호사에게 필요한 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과와 요인과의 상관관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 S, B, G시 소재의 간호대학에 재학 중인 대학생 362명을 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료분석방법으로 대상자의 아르바이트 경험 유무와 일반적 특성과의 관계는 Chi-square(χ2) test, Fisher’s exact test검정으로, 일반적 특성에 따른 의사소통능력, 자기 효능 감, 사회적 기술척도의 집단 간의 차이는 t-test, Analys of variance(ANOVA)검정으로 분석하였다. 연구에서 나타난 결과는 간호대학생의 91.7%가 아르바이트를 경험하였으며, 8.3%는 아르바이트를 경험하지 않았다. 아르바이트 경험유무와 일반적 특성과의 관련성에서 경제적 수준이 낮을수록 아르바이트를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 아르바이트를 하게 된 요인으로는 ‘용돈 마련’이 77.9%로 가장 높았으며, 아르바이트 분류항목에서 ‘카운터 및 서빙’ 부분이 62.2%로 가장 많았다. 아르바이트 경험에 따른 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 자기 효능감, 사회적 기술의 정도와 관련하여 아르바이트 시작시기와 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 중학교 시기에 아르바이트를 경험한 학생들의 의사소통능력, 사회적 기술 능력이 고등학교 시기 이후에 아르바이트를 경험한 학생들에 비해 낮은 점수를 보여주었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 아르바이트 경험에 대한 강점을 파악하고 이를 적용할 수 있도록 하는 지속적인 연구가 요구된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the part-time work experience of nursing students and its effects on their interpersonal communication competence, self-efficacy and social skills. The study subjects were 362 nursing students in areas S, B, G and G. The relationship between the nursing students' part time work. experience and their general characteristics was analyzed by the Chi-square (χ2) test and Fisher's exact test. The interpersonal communication competence originating from the general characteristics, self-efficacy, and difference in the social skills standard among groups were analyzed by the t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Among the 326 participants, 91.7% had part-time experience and 8.3% had no part-time experience. There was a significant relation between the part-time experience and economic level. Those having a low economic level were more likely to have part time work experience. The interpersonal communication and social skills of the students who had part time work experience when they were middle school students were lower than those who had such experience after high school. Further research is needed to identify precisely the advantages afforded by the part-time work experience of the nursing students.

간호 대학생이 인식하는 실무현장의 효과적 환경을 위한 간호리더자의 역할유형분석

간호 대학생은 임상실습기간동안 실무현장에서 다양한 학습을 하게 되며 특히 간호 리더자의 역할에 대한 중요성과 그 효과에 대해 인식하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 간호대학생이 실습 과정에서 경험한 효과적 실무환경을 위해 간호리더자의 역할에서 중요하게 작용하고 있는 부분이 무엇인지를 분석하여 그 유형을 분류하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구방법은 간호 대학생 이 심층적으로 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 파악하기 위해 Q방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 참여자는 간호대학생으로 실습 경험이 있는 자로 30명으로 구성하였고, Q표본은 간호리더자의 역할유형과 관련된 문헌, 임상실습을 경험한 학생과의 인터 뷰를 통해 최종 표본을 36개의 진술문으로 구성 하였으며, QUANL PC프로그램으로 주요인을 분석하여 관련 유형을 분류하 였다. 연구결과로 간호학생들이 인식하는 간호리더자의 역할유형은 4개의 유형으로 나타났으며, 제1유형은 “정의와 냉철함 유지형”, 제2유형은 “동기부여를 위한 환경조성 형”, 제3유형은 “인격존중 및 능력신장형”, 제4유형은 “신뢰성을 통한 인간관 계 중심형”으로 분류되었다. 본 연구 과정을 통해 간호학생이 실습과정에서 경험하는 실무현장의 효과적 환경을 위해 간호 리더자의 역할을 파악하여 추후 실무 환경을 위해 리더자의 역할의 중요성을 제안하고 이를 개선하는데 근거자료를 마련하 고자 한다. Nursing students do a variety of learning at the practice field during clinical practice. They can recognize the importance and effectiveness of nursing leader. The purpose of this study was to categorize the types by analyzing what are important aspects of nursing leader's role to make effective practice environment nursing students experienced from training course. This research was used Q methodology to understand how nursing students recognize deeply. Participants were involved 30 nursing students who have experienced nursing practices. Q samples included 36 statements gathered from interviews with students who experienced clinical practices and literatures regarding types of nursing leader's role. Furthermore, major factors were analyzed and categorized by using QUANL PC program. As a result of research, there are 4 types of nursing leader's role. The first type is "Maintaining justice and level-headed", the second type is "Creating environment for motivation", the third is "Respecting character and growing capacity up" and the fourth is "Relationship center through confidence". Through the research process, this study is about to make evidences by understanding role of nursing leader for effective environment of practice field.
