        자연과학편 : 골프 운동중의 에너지 소비량과 운동강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analysis exercise intensity and energy expenditure during golf exercise of 18 hole. In this study 4 men(45.25±3.59 yrs.)were selected as subjects. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that:1. Mean of the exercise intensity during golf rounding for 18 holes was 36.22±7.01%HRmax, and it was ranged from 25.19.% to 48.36%.2. Mean of the energy expenditure during golf rounding for 18 holes was 7.18±0.92㎉/min which is equivalent to 0.099±0.012㎉/㎏/min.The exercise intensity and energy expenditure measured during golf rounding for 18 holes were lower than those which might be registered while involved in any other kinds of sports Due to the fact that the energy source for low intensity and long duration exercise is reported to be supplied from fat rather than carbohydrate, which is major energy source for high-intensity exercise, playing golf can be considered as important way of controlling body composition and weight.

        자연과학편 : 중 , 고등학생들의 체지방 측정방법 및 총지방량에 관한 연구

        본 연구에 대한 목적은 현재까지 국내외에서 사용되어온 추정방정식과 본 연구의 추정방정식을 밀도법에 의한 체지방량을 기준으로 비교분석하고 각종 신체계측치와 신체밀도에 의한 체지방량과의 상관관계를 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들에게 적합한 체지방 추정방정식을 산출함과 동시에 본 연구에서 개발된 추정방정식을 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들의 체지방량과 제지방량을 산출하는 것이었다.본 연구의 밀도법으로 얻은 값과 선행방정식으로 얻은 값을 비교하여 보았을 때 MSF에 있어서는 BD2와 BD3, MSM의 경우는 BD1과 BD3, HSF에서는 BD2에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차(P>0.05)가 없는 것으로 나타났다.또한 수중체중 측정법으로 얻은 신체밀도와 가장 관련성이 높은 변인으로서는 피부두겹 측정으로서 장골경사, 무릎, 안면부, 견갑하부, 장골옆면, 복부, 옆가슴, 삼두근의 순서로 나타났으며, 허리둘레와 발목둘레도 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.한편 남자 중학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 12.60±3.93%와 41.75±4.85㎏을 나타내었으며 여자 중학생들은 14.56%와 45.14±6.50㎏으로 나타났다.또한 남자 고등학생 및 여자 고등학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 11.69±4.77%, 12.01±5.26%와 46.57±4.47㎏, 53.32±8.0㎏으로 나타났다.이상과 같은 결과를 고려하여 볼때 본 연구에서 개발된 방정식을 사용함으로써 기존의 외국인을 대상으로 개발된 선행방정식을 이용하여 산출하였을때 나타나는 오차범위를 보다 크게 줄임으로서 정확한 체지방량을 산출할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다. The purpose of this study are to analyze and compare the estimation equations on the body fat applied in the nation and the world, with the estimation equations of this study calculated body fat by the densiometry.Also, this study was undertaken to make a estimation equations on the body fat sutable to korean middle/high school students accoding to the correlationship between body fat by the anthropometric values and body densiometry.As a result, we are to apply estimation equations designed in this study to calculation of the body fat and lean body mass(LBM) on the Korean students.Comparing measurement values gained by densiometry of this study with that by previous methods, there is no significant differences(P<0.05) on the BD2 and BD3 in the MSF. BD1 and BD3 in the case of MSM and BD2 in the HSF.As a parameters related highly with the body density the ilium, knee, lateral pterygoid, subscapular ilium side, abdominal, pectonalis major and triceps appears in order of arrangement.%Fat and LBM on the middle school student is to present in 12.60±3.93% and 41.75±4.85㎏, respectively. Also, %Fat and LBM of high school student(boy and girl) are respective 11.69±4.77%, 12.01±5.26% and 46.57±4.47㎏, 53.32±8.01㎏.In consideration of the result on the estimations designed in this study. We think that a newly designed estimation equation can calculate exactly lean body mass.

        운동생리학 : 여성노인의 댄스스포츠 활동이 에스트로겐과 뇌혈관류에 미치는 영향

        It is known that as for the old people, the hormones change caused by exercises has an effect on the blood vessel of a brain and that it also plays an important role in the prevention and medical treatment of senile dementia. The "MMSE-K" test report was used in this study. So the sex hormones(Estrogen) was analyzed in the blood for 12 weeks, divided into 4 terms. By selecting one female subject, the SPECT was used to take pictures of their brain. The results are as followings. Dance sport didn't cause detectable changes in the estrogen of woman. When the integrating the results, it was possible to notice the estrogen in women didn't show significant changes until the 4th term. We consider that the short term exercise didn't affect the changes of estrogen. However, after adapting to the long term exercise, it seemed to be partial effective. So the increase of maintenance of estrogen, which is the cause of vessel expansion, is thought to increase the brain blood and effective in preventing brain vein diseases. When the integrating the results, it was possible to notice the estrogen in women didn't show significant changes.
