BSR 소음 재현을 위한 효과적인 음향합성법에 대한 연구

The BSR noise is induced by impacting or rubbing on each part, sound quality of BSR noise which mean as sound tone, interval and intensity is determined by material characteristics, assembly pattern and impact characteristic of paired parts. In this paper, it is suggested to generate real BSR noise by sound synthesis method to mix the virtual sound generated from the result of the transient analysis and the sound characteristic extracted from the specimen test as effect of material properties and environment change. It is conducted comparative study with real BSR sound and generated sound to improve the appropriateness of the BSR noise auralization method.

최근 품질 문제로서 감성 품질에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 그 중 BSR 문제는 구성 부품 간의 간섭과 구조물의 동적 특성에 의해 발생한다. 특히, 제조상에 발생하는 체결력의 변화와 조립 특성에 따른 시스템 강성의 변동으로 인해 설계상의 의도와는 다른 제조품질 문제로서 나타나게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제조품질 변동요인을 해석에 반영하여 설계단계에서 BSR 현상을 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, the perceived quality, BSR is becoming an important issue in the industry. It is a phenomenon that happens when the structure has a closed gap and unexpected dynamic characteristics. Especially, the change of the joint force and system stiffness makes a manufacturing quality problem. In this study, it is suggested a prevent method of BSR by CAE analysis in the early state of design.
