최근 스마트폰, 갤럭시탭/아이패드 등과 같은 휴대 단말 관련 기술이 진화하고, 보급이 급속하게 증가하고 있다, 다양한 센서 기술들이 개발되어 스마트폰에 포함되고 이와 함께 단말에서 동작되는 서비스 Application이 동반 성장하고 있다. 무선 네트워크 통신 기술도 3G, Wibro에 이어 4세대 LTE 기술이 구축되고 있음으로 인하여, 유비쿼터스 실현을 위한 환경이 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 망 기술의 발달로 휴대 단말 사용자는 언제, 어디서든, 웹에 쉽게 접속하여 원하는 정보를 받을 수 있고, 또한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이 네트워크 환경 기반으로 집이 아닌 외부에서, 스마트폰으로 홈네트워크를 제어하는 아파트 단지 웹 서버와 연동을 통해서 가전, 가구 기기들의 상태를 조회하고, 제어할 수가 있으며, 집 상태 방범 상태를 확인하고, 아파트 단지 내 CCTV가 설치된 위치의 영상 정보 조회가 가능하도록 하였다. In outside that is not home to this network environment base, can inquire state of electronic, furniture devices through apartment complex web server and gear that control groove network at SMART phone, and control, and confirms home state prevention of crimes state, and video inquiry of position that CCTV is placed in apartment complex was availa ble.
