생태순간평가 일기법을 활용한 베이비부머의 억울 경험 분석

본 연구는 베이비부머(1955년~1963년 출생자) 36명을 대상으로 억울, 정적 및 부적 정서를 열흘 동안 생태순간 평가법으로 측정하여 이들의 억울 경험에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 두 개의 세부연구를 실시하였고 세부연구 1에서는 억울의 원인, 억울할 때 취한 행동, 억울할 때 도움이 되는 행동에 대한 질적자료에 대해 합의적 질적 분석을 실시하였다. 세부연구 2에서는 양적 자료를 활용하여 억울을 경험한 사람과 경험하지 않은 사람의 정적 및 부적 정서를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 세부연구 1에서 베이비부머가 억울을 경험하는 원인으로 4개의 영역(관계, 부양 및 경제, 개인, 시스템 및 특수 상황)이 도출되었다. 억울할 때 취한 행동으로는 5개 영역(직접적인 대응 회피, 적극적인 의사표현 및 소통, 인지적 정서조절, 수동적 행동, 정서 완화 행동)이 도출되었다. 마지막으로 억울할 때 도움이 되는 행동으로는 4개 영역(실용적인 대비, 적극적인 의사표현 및 소통, 인지적 사고 전환, 수용하기)이 확인되었다. 세부연구 2에서는 억울 경험 그룹과 비경험 그룹을 비교한 결과, 억울 경험 그룹이 비경험 그룹에 비해 부적 정서가 더 높게 나타났고 특히 분노, 짜증, 적대감, 괴로움 관련 정서에서 높은 점수를 보였다. This study measured the experience of eogul (Korean term for a complex feeling of unfairness and anger) and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) in baby boomers using the ecological momentary assessment method. In the first part of the study, the causes of eogul, actions taken after eogul, and helpful actions in eogul were analyzed through a consensual qualitative research-modified (CQR-M) approach. As a result, four domains (relationship, support, economy, individual, system and special situation ) were derived as the causes of eogul. Five domains (avoidance of direct response, active expression and communication, cognitive emotion regulation, passive behavior, and emotional relief behavior) were derived for behavior after eogul. Finally, four domains (practical preparation, active expression and communication, cognitive thinking shift, and acceptance) were identified as helpful behaviors. In the second part of the study, there was a comparison of PANAS between those who experienced eogul and those who didnt. As a result, negative affects (NA) were higher in the group which experienced eogul and high scores were specifically seen for anger, irritation, hostility, and distress.

대학생 내담자의 관점에서 방해가 되는 상담자의 행동, 반응, 태도에 관한 개념도 연구

본 연구에서는 개념도 방법을 사용하여 대학생 내담자의 관점에서 방해가 되는 상담자의 행동, 반응, 태도(이하 상담자 요인)가 무엇인지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학상담센터에서 심리상담을 받고 있는 총 84명의 내담자로 하여금 매회기가 끝난 후 방해가 된 상담자의 행동, 반응, 태도가 무엇이었는지 기록하게 하였고, 이를 토대로 방해가 되는 상담자 요인에 대한 56개의 핵심문장을 도출하였다. 또한 84명의 내담자 중 10명의 내담자로 하여금 핵심문장을 유사한 것끼리 분류하고 각각의 문장이 상담과정이나 성과에 얼마나 방해가 되는지 5점 척도로 평정하도록 하였다. 수집한 자료를 다차원 척도법과 군집분석을 통해 분석한 결과, ‘도움이 되지 않는 실행 관련 개입’, ‘문제의 성격과 원인에 대한 이해 부족’, ‘작업동맹에 저해가 되는 행동’, ‘부적절한 해석’, ‘부적절한 질문’, ‘부주의하고 산만함’ 등 6개의 군집이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 대학생 상담센터의 실제 내담자가 지각하는 방해가 되는 상담자 요인을 살펴봄으로써 상담 실제 및 교육에 유용한 시사점을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다. Using concept-mapping method, the main purpose of this study was to explore client’s perceptions of hindering counselors’ behaviors, reactions, and attitudes. For this purpose, a total of 84 clients who were participating in individual counseling recoded the most hindering counselors’ behaviors, reactions, and attitude after each session ended. As a result, 56 main statements were extracted and then 10 clients sorted these statements into piles in terms of similarity and rated how much each statement would hinder the counseling process on a 5-point rating scale. The results of multidimensional scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis revealed two dimensions and six clusters (‘unhelpful action-related strategies’, ‘lack of understanding related to the nature and causes of problems’, ‘behaviors that compromise working alliance’, ‘inappropriate interpretation’, ‘inappropriate questions’, and ‘inattentive and distracted’). These results are expected to provide important implications for practice and education.
