스포츠산업, 경영 : 성공적 지역 스포츠이벤트를 위한 선행과제

최근 지방자치단체는 지방 경제 활성화를 기대하며 각종 스포츠 이벤트를 개최하여 지방재정확립에 온힘을 기울이고 있다 그러나 이러한 스포츠이벤트 개최는 개최 주최자의 비전문성으로 인해 이벤트 운영 및 계획이 체계적으로 수립되지 못하여 직접적인 경제효과로서 행사수입의 적자를 면치 못하며 단지 지역주민으로 하여 금 선심성 행정이벤트로 인지되는 실정에 불과하였다 따라서 이러한 지역 스포츠 이벤트들이 외향적인 행사 에 치우치지 않고 성공적 지역 스포츠 이벤트가 되기 위해서는 체계적인 계획과 전락수립에 앞서 이벤트를 치르기 위해 갖추어야 할 선행과제가 우선적으로 해결되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 지역 스포츠이벤트 및 관광사업과 관련해 발간된 문헌조사 내용을 토대로 성공적 지역 스포츠이벤트를 위한 선행과제 제시에 있다. 연구결과 성공적인 지역 스포츠이벤트를 위한 선행과제들은 첫째로는 제도개선 및 지원이 확대되어야 하고 둘째로는 전문직제가 신설되어야 하고 셋째로는 전문위원구성이 구성되어야 하고 넷째로는 장기적 안목의 투 자가 이루어 져야하고 다섯째로는 컨셉의 명확화가 되어야 하고 여섯째로는 스포츠가 관광상품화로 개발되어 야 하고 일곱째로는 차별화 프로그램이 개발되어야 하며, 여덟째로는 제3섹터 방식의 도입 등이 제안되었다 Currently,a local self-governing body is driving to a force of establishment local financial that the aspect activation of local economic through various hold sports event.But, the held sports even in localself-governing body would not found system of event plan and management by unqualified people for sport event. Also, it have resulted in a deficit for such a directly economic effect of event revenue and a recognize as a generous event. The community sports event is absolutely need for those community sport events to guide book about the precedence task for successful community sports event. The purpose of this study was to present of the precedencetask forsuccessful community sports event. The research methods forthis study were review research and fieldinterview related to Bureau of the community sport in local self-governing body, sport tourism department on university and sports event agents. The results of this study indicated that the precedence task to success for community sport events might include the following. ①improvement of legal system and enlargement of support ②k newly establishment expert system ③organization of professional committee ④investment of long-term ⑤clearness of concepts ⑥business of sport tourism ⑦creation of unique programs ⑧ introduction of the third sector system.

스포츠산업, 경영 : 경주사업의 건전 레저스포츠로의 정착방안 연구

우리 나라에서 현재 실시중인 경주사업으로는 경마(horse racing)와 경륜(bicycle racing)이 있으며 경정(motor boat racing)이 2002년 4월에 시행될 예정이다. 최근 우리사회에 한탕주의 문화가 팽배해 있다는 일각의 지적이 있음에도 불구하고 국내 경주사업(racing industry)의 시장규모는 2005년까지 최소 15조원으로 그 규모가 더욱 확대되어갈 것으로 전망하고 있다. 그러나 경주사업에 대한 역기능적 측면으로 환경오염, 투기와 도박에 관련된 범죄, 청소년의 건전한 가치관 훼손 등 우리사회에 한탕주의와 사행심을 조장하거나 사회전반을 투기장화 하여 건전한 스포츠의 가치마저 왜곡시킬 수 있다는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 이른바 경주사업으로 일컫는 이들 스포츠가 건전한 여가문화로서 정착되기 위해서는 그 긍정적인 효과를 극대화하고, 사행성으로 인한 부작용을 억제할 수 있는 장기적인 정책수립이 절실히 요구되는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내경주사업을 건전 레저스포츠로의 정착을 위한 기본방안의 제시에 그 목적이 있다. 경주사업의 건전 레저스포츠로의 정착방안으로는 첫째 긍정적 인식고취를 위한 홍보활동의 강화에 있고, 둘째로는 사행심 조장억제 및 제도의 강화에 있고, 셋째로는 국민여가시설 또는 교육의 장으로 제공에 있고, 넷째로는 장기적 안목의 투자와 전문 경영인력의 확보에 있고, 다섯째로는 정부의 효과적인 통제와 지원의 확대에 있고, 여섯째로는 아마추어 선수 육성 및 지원의 강화 등이다. The purpose of this study was to present for the developing racing industry as a sound leisure sport. The result of this study indicated that developing racing industry as a sound leisure sport might include the followings. ① publicity activities for positive recognition from the public. ② control to promote of gambling spirit and legal enlargement of batting system. ③ provision of the place for public leisure sport facility and education. ④ promotion of long term investment and security of human resources for the professional management. ⑤ efficient control and expanded support by the government. ⑥ bringing up and expanded support for the amateur athletes. The racing industry contributes to improve the social welfare, the life quality of local people, and the local economics. It is strongly required to make policy and plan carefully by the government to lead a role of sound leisure sport business.
