프로배구 지도자의 이슈 리더십과 구성원의 직무만족의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 프로배구 지도자의 이슈 리더십이 선수들의 직무만족에 미치는 상대적인 영향력을 규명하는데 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국배구연맹(KOVO)에 포함된 프로배구구단에서 활동하고 있는 남녀 선수 124명을 전집하였다. 자료처리를 위해 사용한 통계분석기법은 상관관계분석과 중다회귀분석 등이다. 이러한 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론은 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로배구 지도자의 이슈 리더십은 구성원의 직무만족과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 프로배구 지도자의 이슈 리더십은 구성원의 직무만족에 영향을 미친다. 특히 오디언스 몰입은 직무자체만족에 미치는 영향력이 크며, 이슈 창안은 상사만족에 대한 영향력이 크다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the relationship between the Korean professional volleyball head coach's issue leadership and employee's job satisfaction. More specifically, this study aimed to analyze the relative effects of issue leadership and job satisfaction of the players. Data were collected from a sample of 124 male/female players who was enrolled in the Korean Volleyball Federation(KOVO). The questionnaire method was used to collect the data. The statistical methods used for the analysis of this study were Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study was as follows: Issue leadership was the effective variable on the job satisfaction of the employees. Especially, audience push was the effective variable on the job-oriented satisfaction, and issue pull was the effective variable on the satisfaction of the players.
