성폭력 예방 교육 중재 프로그램에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

본 논문은 국내에서 연구된 성폭력 예방 교육 중재 프로그램을 체계적으로 고찰하여 국내 사회적 환경에 적합하고 효과적인 중재 프로그램의 개발을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 시도되었다. 문헌 검색은 2000년 이후부터 2018년 8월까지 국내 데이터베이스를 통해 성폭력과 관련된 용어를 조합하여 수행하였고, 학위논문을 포함한 총 1125편의 논문에서 최종적으로 22편의 논문을 선택하였다. 연구 결과, 연구대상자는 영유아부터 성인, 장애학생이 있었고 교육방법은 강의, 토의, 역할극, 인형극, 노래하기, 캠페인 등 대상자의 특성에 따라 다양하였다. 중재 내용은 성폭력 개념, 성폭력 대처, 성희롱, 성 평등과 관련되었고 중재 결과에 대한 주요 변수는 성 지식, 성 태도, 성 인식, 성폭력 지식, 성폭력 대처, 성 평등 의식이었다. 중재 결과는 모든 논문에서 중재 효과가 통계적으로 유의하였고 일부 논문(2편)에서는 성 인식, 성 태도 변수가 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 향후 성폭력 예방 교육 중재 시 대상자의 지식 뿐 아니라 태도와 인식의 변화를 위해 성 평등 교육이 함께 이루어져야 하며 방관자 개념을 도입하여 성폭력에 대해 사회적으로 책임을 인식하고 행동할 수 있는 분위기를 마련할 필요성이 있다. This study was conducted to synthesize sexual violence prevention programs by systematic review and to establish an effective program for its prevention. Existing studies of domestic sexual violence prevention programs were retrieved using RISS, KISS, and NDSL from 2000 until August 2018. Of 1125 studies identified, 22 met the inclusion criteria. Study participants were children to adults and students with disabilities. The methods of intervention varied according to the characteristics of the participants and included lectures, discussions, role plays, puppet shows, songs and campaigns. The contents of the intervention were related to the concepts of sexual violence, sexual violence coping, sexual harassment, and gender equality, while the main variables influencing the results of intervention were sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, sexual violence knowledge, sexual violence coping and gender equality consciousness. In most of the studies was effective. However, for some studies, sexual awareness and sexual attitude were not significant influencing factors. Future sexual violence prevention programs should include gender equality and bystander concepts, that can recognize social responsibility for sexual violence.
