측량 및 지형공간정보 산업기사 1차 시험 문제 유형 분석에 대한 연구

본 연구는 전문대학의 점점 낮아져가는 측량 및 지형공간정보 분야 국가 자격증 취득률 향상과 2년제 대학측량교육의 전반적인 학습능률을 개선 하고자 2000년부터 2008년까지 최근 9년간 한국산업인력관리공단에서 시행 출제된 측량 및 지형공간정보 산업기사 1차 시험 문제를 토대로 각 과목별·단원별로 구분하여 출제 유형및 문제의 변화를 정리·분석한다. 이 자료를 기초로 각 과목별, 단원별 출제빈도에 따른 중요도를 분석해 그 단원을 정리하여 통계 처리 한 후 중요 단원의 출제빈도를 세부적으로 분석해 대학측량교육의 질을 향상시키고 국가자격증 시험 준비에 도움이 되도록 하며, 특히 국가시험 준비생들이 출제빈도가 높은 단원들을 좀 더 집중적으로 공부하도록 유도하여 국가자격증 취득 향상과 취업률 향상을 목적으로 한다. ?;?;This study is aim to raise the ratio of national certification acquisition at surveying and geo-spatial information, which is getting lower and lower. This study is also aim to improve the learning efficiency of surveying community college education. For this, I will arrange and analyze the types and the changes of the exams of Human Resources Development Service of Korea from 2000 to 2008, classifying each subject and chapter in detail.<br/> ?;?;This study will improve the quality of surveying education and help the students to prepare the exam for national certification. For this purpose, I will analyze the importance of each subject and each chapter according to the frequency of exam questions, and arrange and set them statistically. Especially, this study will lead the students learn the chapters which examiners make questions frequently, and help them acquisite the national certification and raise the percentage of employment.

칠리제는 1945년에 준공된 농업용저수지로서 바닥전체에 퇴적저니층이 두껍게 쌓이고 심한 부영양화로 농업용수 저수지로서 기능을 상실한 상태에 있다. 본 연구는 칠리제의 준설을 통한 저수지의 수질을 정화ㆍ복원하기 위한 사전 작업으로 저수지의 지적현황측량을 실시하고 퇴적저니량을 측정하였다. 지적현황측량과 수심측량을 실시하기 전에 수치지도와 항공사진, 그리고 지적도를 분석하였다. 저수지의 지적현황측량은 저수지변 도로 및 제방상에 트래버스 망을 구축하고 Auto-reduction EDM Alidade에 의해 실측하였다. 저수지의 보유수량과 퇴적 저니층의 측정에는 주상채니기를 사용하여 수심과 퇴적층의 깊이를 측정하고 이 자료를 컴퓨터에 의해 처리하여 보유수량과 퇴적저니량을 산출하였다. 저수지의 현황을 실측하여 도해 지적측량성과도를 작성하고 이것을 수치지도를 비교ㆍ분석한 결과 수치지도에 소칠리제가 논으로 되어 있어 향후 현행지형도(1/5,000) 및 수치지도를 고쳐야 할 것으로 판단되었으며, 퇴적저니층의 두께와 퇴적저니량을 산출하였다. 이 자료는 차기년도 칠리제 저수지 준설의 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. Chilli Reservoir is agricultural purpose reservoir built in 1945. But thick sewage layer covered all over the bottom and due to severe eutrophication, it lost the function of agricultural purpose reservoir. This study performed the cadastral state surveying and estimated the sewage layer in the bottom prior as prior work to recover the water quality by dredging the Chilly Reservoir. Prior to cadastral state surveying and depth measurement of water, we analyzed the digital map and aerial photographs. As cadastral state surveying we constructed traverse surveying network, and surveyed by Auto-reduction EDM Alidade. Jusang Channy was used to measure the water volume of reservoir and sewage layer of bottom, and the results of measurement was processed by computer. The graphical cadastral survey result map was drawn by field survey of the reservoir, and was analyzed. We found that the small Chilly reservoir is recorded as rice field in the digital map, so current tographic map and digital map should be revised. Also the thickness volume of sewage layer of bottom was estimated. This results will be used as base data for dredging the Chill Reservoir next year.

본 연구의 목적은 국민고충처리위원회에 접수ㆍ처리된 지적민원의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하고 이를 토대로 지적분쟁의 유형을 제시하는 것이다. 이상과 같은 연구목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 연구범위를 시간적으로는 2003년 1월 1일부터 2003년 6월 31일까지로 하고. 공간적으로는 국민고충처리위원회를 중심으로 하며, 내용적으로는 국민고충처리위원회에 접수된 민원 중 지적민원 68건을 대상으로 한정하였다. 이상을 연구하기 위한 방법으로는 행정적 접근방법을 사용하고 조사방법은 문헌조사법과 사례조사법을 병행하며. 분석방법은 기술적 분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 지적분쟁의 유형으로는 지적경계 및 지적측량 관련 분쟁형, 지적공부정리 관련 분쟁형, 면적증감 관련 분쟁형, 기타지적관련 분쟁형으로 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the actual condition of public resentment sent to the Ombudsman of Korea and based on the above, present the types of the cadastral dispute. In order to efficiently accomplish the purpose of the study as above, it was planned to perform it from Jan. 1, 2003 to June 31, 2003 in terms of time and to focus on the Ombudsman of Korea in terms of space and to limit the subject to 68 cases out of the cases submitted to the Ombudsman of Korea. As a method for the above study, the executive approach method was used and as an investigation method, the document investigation method and the case investigation method were simultaneously used and as the analytical method, the descriptive analysis was used. As a result of the analysis, as for the types of the cadastral dispute, cadastral boundary and cadastral measurement related dispute type. cadastral book arrangement related dispute type. dimension increase and decrease related dispute type and other land register related dispute type were presented.

본 연구는 점점 낮아져가는 측량 및 지적 분야 국가 자격증 취득률 향상과 대학측량교육의 전반적인 측량실기학습능률을 개선 하고자 2003년부터 2013년까지 최근 10년간 한국산업인력관리공단에서 시행 출제된 측량 및 지형공간정보와 지적 실기시험 문제를 토대로 각 종목별로 구분하여 출제 유형의 변화를 정리·분석한다. 이 자료를 기초로 기사와 산업기사 종목별 실기시험문제 유형을 분석한 후 각 유형별 측량방법을 분석해 최적의 정밀도를 높일 수 있는 측량방법을 제시하고 각 종목별 채점 기준에 따른 문제점을 찾아 개선 방안을 제시해 대학측량교육의 질을 향상시키고 특히 국가시험 준비생들이 출제유형이 높은 실기문제들을 좀 더 효율적으로 실습하도록하여 국가자격증 취득 향상과 취업률 향상을 목적으로 한다. For this, This paper will arrange and analyze the types and the changes of the practical exams of Human Resources Development Service of Korea from 2003 to 2013, classifying each subject and type in detail. This paper will analyze the types of practical exams of the engineer and the industrial engineer on the basis of these materials. This paper will show the way of the accurate surveying according to the analysis of the types, and suggest the resolution of the problems on the basis of the grading standard. To improve the quality of the surveying education, the acquisition of the national certification, and the ratio of the employment, this study will make the students practice the questions of higher frequency.
