본 논문은 문화예술 평생교육의 실천적 교수모형에 관한 연구이다. 문화예술 교육과 평생교육의 관련성을 제도적, 구조적, 가치적, 실천적 측면에서 분석?조명하였으며, 다른 한편으로는 문화예술교육에서 추구하는 가치들이 수업장면에서 구체적으로 실현될 수 있도록 평생교육사 양성과정에서의 문화예술교육방법론을 ADDIE 교수설계모형의 토대 위에서 설계?제시하였다. 체계적 교수설계모형의 개발은 학습자의 요구(need)를 반영하여 적절한 교수방법을 적용할 수 있 다는 점에서 매우 중요하며, 최적의 학습지원체제의 마련 및 프로그램의 지속적인 유지를 위해서도 매우 필요하다. 이러란 맥락에서 본 연구는 문화예술교육이 평생교육과 어떠한 관련성을 가지며 어떠한 측면의 가치들을 공유하는가에 주목하고 문화예술교육과 평생교육의 연계성을 정책적, 구조적, 가치적, 실천적 측면에서 분석·조명하였으며, 나아가 평생교육사 양성과정에서의 문화예술교육의 구체적인 방법론을 ADDIE 설계모형 토대위에서 적용?제시하여 평생교육지도자들이 문화예술교육을 실천하는데 지침을 제공하고자 하였다. In the context of times need which challenge to the creative-society and social realization of culture & arts education should be accomplished aslifelong education, the lifelong learning in our society has become one of main topic to changeover paradigm of culture-art education policy. Despite of inevitable relationship & closeness between culture-arts education and lifelong education, our culture-arts education has been used independently without any academic relations with lifelong education. And culture-arts education curriculum in the lifelong education training course have been conducted without having any kinds of educational standard. This study has focused on the relations between culture-arts education and lifelong education and the common value of both parts, also analyzed and illuminated relationships of both parts in political, structural and practical method. Moreover, has intended to suggest guideline of culture-art educational methodology to lifelong educational leaders by applying practical culture-art education methodology of lifelong learning course on ADDIE design model.
