IPA분석을 통한 중학생 학교스포츠클럽 수업참여에 대한 중요도와 만족도 차이분석

본 연구는 IPA기법을 활용하여 학교스포츠클럽에 참여하는 중학생들의 중요도-만족도의 각 요인들을 분석함으로써, 학교스포츠클럽 운영에 관한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도에 위치한 학교스포츠클럽에 참여하는 중학생을 300명을 설문조사 분석하였다. 학교스포츠클럽 수업참여에 대한 중요도-만족도 속성의 매트릭스 분석결과, 중요도와 만족도가 모두 높은 I 사분면에서는 ‘학생들의 흥미를 고려한 프로그램’, ‘이해하기 쉽게 설명하는 강사’, ‘신뢰가 가는 수업분위기’, ‘자유롭고 창의적인 수업분위기’, ‘수업시간 에 지켜야 하는 기본규칙’, ‘공정한 활동기회를 주는 수업분위기’의 6가지 속성이 자리하였고 높은 중요도와 낮은 만족도의 Ⅱ사분면에서는 ‘프로그램에 다양성’, ‘학생들의 수준을 고려한 프로그램’, ‘학생들에게 자신감을 주는 강사’, ‘학생들의 특징을 파악하는 강사’의 4가지 속성이 자리하였다. 중요도와 만족도가 모두 낮은 Ⅲ사분면에서는 ‘체력향상에 구성된 프로그램’, ‘학습목표에 따른 프로그램’, ‘수업에 이해를 위한 강사의 시범’, ‘효과적인 설명을 하는 강사’, ‘학생들과 대화하는 강사’의 5가지가 자리하였고 낮은 중요도로 인식되지만 상대적으로 높은 만족도를 보이고 있는 IV사분면에서는 ‘학생들의 참여를 위한 시설환경’, ‘체육교구의 다양성’, ‘체육시설의 개방’, ‘수업참여에 대한 체육시설환경’의 4가지가 자리하였다. This article examines the factors deciding importance and satisfaction degrees of the middle school students who participate sports club operated by school and the findings of this paper can be utilized as basic information for managing sports club in public schools. To achieve the purpose of this thesis, the survey was conducted on middle school students at Gyeonggi Province. As a result of matrix analysis of the importance - satisfaction attributes of participation in school sports club, In the first quartile, which has a high level of both importance and satisfaction, six variables categorized by A program that takes into account students’ interests“, “instructors who can explain easily”, “Free and creative classroom atmosphere“, “basic rules which should be kept in class time“, “classroom atmosphere giving fair activity opportunity“ are positioned. In the second quartile, which has high level of the importance and low level of the satisfaction, the four variables classified as “Diversity in the program“, “program considering the level of students“, “lecturer giving confidence to students“ and “lecturer identifying the characteristics of students are located. In the third quartile, which has low level of both importance and satisfaction, five variables which bounding as ’Program to improve physical fitness’, ’Program according to learning goals’, ’Demonstration of lecturer for understanding in class’, ‘Lecturer for effective explanation’, ’Lecturer for conversation with students’ are founed. The last fourth quartile, which has low level of the importance and high level of the satisfaction, there are four features which implicating ’Facility environment for participation of students’, ’diversity of physical education parcels’, ’opening of physical education facilities’, ’environment of physical education facilities for class participation’.
