본 연구는 통합보육 실천을 위한 장애인식유형과 특성을 파악하기 위하여 Q방법론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 장애인식에 대한 Q모집단을 구성한 후, Q표본인 33문항의 Q진술문을 추출하였고 31명을 P샘플로 선정하여 33개의 진술문을 Q분류를 통해 자료수집 후, QUANL 프로그램을 활용하여 주요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 장애인식은 3개의 유형으로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 ‘사회적 접근 추구형’으로 장애통합을 위해 사회적 제도, 정책 등 사회적 시스템이 마련되어야 한다고 생각하는 유형이다. 제2유형은 ‘관계적 접근 추구형‘으로 장애통합을 위해서는 많은 교류와 관계 맺음을 통해 서로 알아가는 것이 중요하다고 생각하는 유형이다. 제3유형은 ‘통합적 접근 추구형’으로 복지정책, 복지서비스 등 사회적 제도 마련과 함께 장애인에 대한 인식개선과 소통이 함께 이루어져야 한다고 생각하는 유형이다. 본 연구에서는 통합보육 실천을 위한 장애인식을 확인하였으며 이러한 결과는 통합보육의 실천 방향과 내용을 좀 더 구체화하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 후속연구로 통합보육을 위한 프로그램, 반편견을 위한 교육, 장애차별 금지를 위한 제도 등에 대한 인식연구를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to understand the types and characteristics of disability perception for integrated childcare practice by using the Q methodology. After forming the Q population for 1. awareness of disability, the Q statements of 33, Q sample, were extracted. After 33 statements were collected through Q classification by selecting 31 as P sample, major factor analysis was conducted using the QUANL program. As a result of the study, perception of disability was classified into three types. The first type was the “social approach pursuit type”, who believed that social systems such as social institutions and policies should be prepared for disability integration. The second type was the “relational approach pursuit type”, who believed that important to get to know each other through a lot of exchanges and relationships to disability integration. The third type was the “integrative approach pursuit type,” who believed that social systems such as welfare policies and welfare services should be prepared, along with improvement of awareness and communication of the disabled. Through this study, the perception of disability was confirmed for the practice of inclusive childcare, and these results are meaningful in that the direction and contents of the practice of inclusive childcare were more detailed. It is expected that follow up researches about awareness of various programs for integrated child care, variety of education for anti-biases and various systems for the prohibition of disability discrimination are to be done.
