특허 기반 블록체인 기술 동향 분석: 기술 재정의 프로세스를 바탕으로

Purpose Blockchain technology is becoming important in the fourth industrial revolution, but standardization of technologies is not keeping up with the pace. Therefore, this paper focused on defining what blochchain technology is, and analyzed technological trends using redefined concepts. Methods This research conducted a technical redefining process for blockchain technology, and suggested three types of blockchain technology: core, extended, and general. We used patent co-classification and network analysis for each technology groups. Results Blockchain technology has been evolved from network-based technology to the data privacy and payment-application, recently focusing on data applications. Machine learning technology is actively applied, and many different industries such as healthcare applications also turned out to be increasing with respect to the blockchain technology. Conclusion This study provide important clues in defining the blockchain technology, analyzing the technological trend, and identifying possible innovation chances in blockchain technologies.
토픽 기반 RFM과 감성 분석을 통한 여행지 만족도 분석

Purpose This study aims to develop a new framework for identifying and analyzing topic importance and topic satisfaction in tourism industries. Methods After preprocessing, topic modeling is conducted. Based on the derived topics, topic importance is calculated based on the modified RFM approach. The topic satisfaction, which aims to analyze the customer experience, is calculated using sentiment analysis. Based on this, two-dimensional matrices are prepared based on the expectation level (importance) and the experience level (sentiment score). Results Total six topics were identified from topic modeling. Topic 5, named as ‘places related with plants’, is considered to be a star topic, in which importance and satisfaction is high. However, topic 6, named as ‘around the beach’, is considered to be urgent. This means customer experience regarding topic 6 is not so high compared to what they expect. Conclusion The framework proposed in this study is expected to enhance customer experience by systematically analyzing both customers’ importance and perception for each topic.
