국술도장 운영활성화를 위한 수련생의 도장선정요인 및 수련지속요인 분석

본 연구는 국술수련생이 도장을 선택하는 과정에서 어떤 요인들을 고려하고 있는가를 또한, 국술 수련생의 수련지속요인을 분석하여 국술도장의 운용 활용방안에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2008년 사단법인 국술원 지도자연수에 참가한 35명의 관장이 운영하는 도장 수련생을 모집단으로 유목적적 표집법을 이용, 319명의 설문지를 이용 국술수련생의 특성에 따른 도장선정요인과 수련지속요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구에 이용된 통계기법은 SPSS 12.0을 이용 탐색적 요인분석, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, t-검정, 일원변량분석, Tukey 사후검정, 카이제곱검정을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 국술수련생의 도장선정요인 중 연령에 따른 도장선정요인은 교육적요인, 홍보요인, 외적요인에서, 학력에 따른 도장선정요인은 홍보요인에서, 성적수준에 따른 도장선정요인은 지도자요인, 교육적요인, 외적요인에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국술수련생의 수련지속요인 중 연령에 따른 수련지속요인은 교육적요인, 외적요인에서 성적수준에 따른 수련지속요인은 교육적요인에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for Kuksool gym operation by analyzing two factors: the factors that trainees consider when they select a Kuksool gym and the reasons why they continue to train. For this, researchers derived differences between the selecting factors for the Kuksool gym and the reasons why the trainees continue to train according to social and anthropological feature by performing purposeful sampling to 319 trainees out of 35 authorized Kuksoolwon gyms who participated in 2008 masters training program. researchers have come to the following conclusion by using exploratory factor analysis by SPSS 12.0, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Tukey Post-hoc Comparison. First, it has been proved that age based gym selection factors are different according to such as education, publicity, external factors, school career and level based are coach, education, external factors. Second, it has been proved that age based factors why trainees continue to train are different according to such as education, external factors and the level based are education.

인문·사회과학편 : 세계국술협회(WKSA)의 주요업무 및 조직 운영관리 사례 연구

이 연구는 자생적으로 세계화에 성공한 세계국술협회의 주요업무 및 조직 운영관리 사례를 규명해 봄으로써 국내 무예단체의 효율적인 운영방안과 한국무예의 세계진출에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국술이 미국에 진출한 1974년부터 2011년까지의 선행연구, 방송 및 언론자료, 사진자료에 대한 문헌분석을 하였고, 9명의 연구 참여자에게 심층면담을 하여 사례연구를 진행하였으며, 연구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 다각도 분석법(triangulation)을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 세미나를 통하여 통일된 술기와 현지의 지도자를 양산하고, 워크숍을 통하여 각국 회원의 도장 관리를 하고 있으며, 둘째, 토너먼트 운영은 한국의 전통문화와 무술을 홍보하는 축제의 한마당이 되었으며, 자원봉사자들을 활용한 대회운영이 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 승단심사는 까다롭게 진행되어 자신과의 싸움에서 뒤지지 않는 미래의 지도자를 배출하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가야원 운영에서 자체적으로 표준화된 도복 및 수련용품 등을 양산 공급하고 있었다. 다섯째, 조직 운영관리는 전 세계를 네트워크화 하여 법적·제도적 장치를 확보한 프랜차이즈로 운영되고 있었다. The purpose of this study has examined the factors of Kuk Sool being able to root itself in the U.S. results of the management system of WKSA. In order to closely examine these factors, this study has collected the data about WKSA including photographs, previous research, documentation, such as broadcasting and the press release, and other paper documentation and also collected the in-depth interview data from 14 study participants from 1974 when it first entered the U.S. market to 2011. The following results were derived through the analysis of the research methods and research results .First, he was able to unify techniques and produce local leaders and through workshops, he was personally managing the gymasiums of Kuk Sool. Secondly, through tournaments that are being held all over the world, while learning skills, it also became a place to promote Korean traditional culture and martial arts. Additionally, it appeared that the competition was operated through using volunteers. Thirdly, through picky promotion exams, it is producing tough future leaders who are not failing in fighting oneself. Fourthly, by creating the Gaya Won, he was supplying standardized mass production of their own uniforms and training supplies. Fifth, the organization had been operating as a franchise operation management.
