This study analyzed the international & korea standards and trend of the certification for the heat metering unit, and the consumer can be supplied with better quality products as necessary for the water source cooling and heating system. This study analyzed the national standards and certification for heat metering unit and discussed current status and future subjects for domestic.

Numerical simulation was performed for the rotor blade with fixed tab in hover using an unstructured mesh Navier-Stokes flow solver. The inflow and outflow boundary conditions using 1D momentum and 3D sink theory were applied to reduce computational time. Calculations were performed at several operating conditions of varying collective pitch angle and fixed tab length. The aerodynamic effect of fixed tab length was investigated for hovering efficiency, pitching moment and flapping moment of the rotor blade. The results show that it affects linearly increasing on the pitching moment of the rotor blade but does not affect on the flapping moment. The required power is less than 45kw for ground rotating test in hover. Numerical simulations also show that the vortex generate not only from the tip of the rotor blade but also from the fixed tab on the rotor blade.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the meaning of the Citizen- Participation on the urban comprehensive planning process in case of the 2030 Seoul Plan which planned in 2014. This Study includes that an analysis on the legal & institutional change of the urban comprehensive planning environment focusing on the Revision of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act in 2009, and the Amendment of Planning Guideline for Local Government on the urban comprehensive plan in 2012. Also study on the role of the 4 participating groups as like the Metro Seoul Government, Council of the Metro Seoul City, Expert panel, and Citizens on every stage of the process of planning the 2030 Seoul Plan. The results of study shows that the shift of paradigm of citizen-participation in the planning process with the Seoul Mayoral Election 2011. It brought interactive administration from the regulatory administration with the new spirit of the times. However, there are some conflict between Council and the Citizens concerning the citizen representation. Study suggests it needs some establishment of relationship on the planning process. To overcome the unstable status of the urban comprehensive plan, the study suggests the wider citizen-participation in the planning process. Above all, to make the urban comprehensive plan’s status enhance, it needs 'procedural legitimacy' and 'democracy' with a citizen-participation and harmony with the experts' professionalism focusing on the planning as a procedures not a results.

단일 컬러센서의 신호 패턴분석을 통한 근접물체 판별 알고리즘에 관한 연구

본 연구는 단일 컬러센서를 이용한 근접물체를 판별하고 물체가 근접했을 경우에만 컬러센서의 값을 추출하기 위한 연구이다. 일반적으로 디자인 작품제작에 컬러센서를 이용할 경우 그 신호는 연속적인 값을 입력받는다. 이는 컬러센서를 사용하는 사용자가 원하는 상황에서의 입력된 신호값이 아니기 때문에 상황판별을 위한 추가적인 센서를 사용해야 한다. 이 경우 추가된 센서로 인해 하드웨어의 구성이 복잡해지고 또하나의 센서를 외부로 노출시켜야 함으로 심미적으로 좋지 않은 결과를 초래한다. 본 연구는 디자이너들이 센서를 활용한 인터랙티브 작품을 제작하는데 있어 복잡한 하드웨어 구성을 지양하고 알고리즘 구현을 통해 단순한 하드웨어구성을 할 수 있는 방법을 제시 하는데 의미가 있다. This study aims to identify approximal objects using a single color sensor, and extract the value of the color sensor only when the object is approximate. Generally, when using a color sensor for production, the signal receives an input of continuous values. As these signal values are not input under circumstances desired by the user of the color sensor, there is a need to use an additional sensor to identify the situation. In this case, the hardware structure becomes complicated due to the addition of another sensor, and as the added sensor is exposed on the exterior, the aesthetic appeal of the product is undermined. The objective of this study is to help designers to avoid complicated hardware structures in producing interactive works using sensors, and propose ways to accomplish simple hardware structures through algorithm realization.
