Some improvements to make on essential problems exisited in Teacher-Education of college are as follows : ① The purpose of the Teacher-Education is to train an educational specialist who is able to accomplish the educational ideology. To become an educational specialist, he or she should be cultivate the foundation of scholarstic characterics for the teaching profession to give full play to one's educational ability as a faithful teacher in the future. ② In the education as teaching profession, reality and present circumstance of education should be understood fundamentally in an academic point of view and training quality and ability to consider and search educational plans, contents, and methods should be given top priority. ③ Functionalized specialization, which is segregated from academic autonomy and overemphasized, causes the diminution of the educational specialization led to loss of the Teacher-Education essence. To get over this, system change, which allows schools and teachers gaurantee of educational autonomy to create educational plans and so forth for schools is necessary. ④ Teacher-Education in university is too theoretical to apply in a practice. Therefore, research and education combined practice and theory referring to advantages of practical educational in college should be necessary. ⑤ In whether a teacher training school or a college the principle of teacher training to equip teachers' quality should be pursuit through aggregated education. ⑥ To make efficient improvements on Teachers-Education, contents of Teacher-Education curriculum should be closely combined with education practices. System Improvements on contents of the Educational Methodology, Teaching Methods of subjets, Educational Psychology, and the like need to make practical studies.
