教师是托幼机构/学校学龄前和学龄儿童生活环境的主要创造者。加强托幼机构/学校内儿童意外伤害的防控,是全社会开展儿童安全防护工作中的重要一环。托幼机构/学校开展儿童意外伤害防控工作的策略包括:加强托幼机构/学校伤害监测数据分析,创新培养方式、开展教师培训,对环境和产品设计进行技术革新,完善政策制度体系,加强校医人才队伍建设等。 Teachers are the main creators of the living environment of preschool and school-age children in kindergartens/schools. Strengthening the prevention and control of children s unintentional injuries in kindergartens/schools is an important part of the whole society s work of child safety protection. The strategies for childcare institutions/schools to carry out child unintentional injury prevention and control include: strengthening the analysis of injury monitoring data of childcare institutions/schools, innovating training methods, carrying out teacher training, carrying out technical innovation in environment and product design, improving policy and system, and strengthening the construction of school medical talents, etc.

International researches on the relationship between children and cities, the impact of urban environment on children's body and mind, and how to build a child friendly city have reached a certain depth. At present, the construction of child friendly cities in China is still in its infancy. Among them, the urban spatial planning involving children has not been in-depth, and the disease burden caused by falls and road traffic injuries is still high. In view of the problems existing in the built environment of the city, we should carry out the construction of a child friendly city, pay attention to the safety guarantee of children's activity space, formulate targeted accidental injury prevention and control measures, and promote the inclusive sharing of children's medical and health service resources, high-quality and balanced development.

In order to further improve the public health emergency prevention and control mechanism and strengthen the construction of public health talent team, medical universities in China will gradually establish and improve the cultivation system of health care professionals, and provide health care professionals with more high-quality medical universities talent resources. Under the current situation, although most medical universities in China are actively preparing for the cultivation of high-quality talents for health care professionals, on the whole, there are still many problems in the cultivation mode of health care professionals in medical universities in China that need to be solved urgently. This paper elaborates on the training mode and system of health care professionals in the context of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, aiming to clarify the system construction of health care professionals in medical universities, improve the specifications and levels of health care professionals, and further promote the healthy and orderly development of China's health care industry.
