The aim of the present dissertation is to study the enlargement of resisting force and ductility of the frame work by the hoop bars of the reinforced concrete column. The experiment is carried out through welding the joint fashion for the 11 specimens in the experiment of the welding hoop bar. In conclusion, there appeared the enlargement of ductility of the frame work during the experiment according to the form, space, existence and /or nonexistence of hoop bars in the reinforced concrete columns.

The purpose of this thesis is to provide an appropriate trade-off information for the conflicting interests caused by the various factors between building owner and contractor during selecting the contractor and performing the construction work, in which the construction was contracted by open bidding from the government or private organizations. In order to propose the legitimate evidence, the differences between the domestic contract sheet of drawing change and the process of drawing change and those of the foreign countries were compared and analysed. The number of construction ordered in Youngdong area in 2001 whose construction expenses are more than 100,000,000 won is 218 items and 147,005,000,000 won in total cost. Among them, the number of 218 items whose total cost amounts to 16,705,000,000 (11.36%) is in case of increase of construction expenses due to the drawing changes, and the number of 48 items whose total cost amounts to 2,009,000,000 won (1.37%) is the case of decrease. In conclusions, the contractor could have more benefits than the building owner in case they submit the detailed estimate sheet without eliminating the increasing expenses of construction. It is shown that the building owner's loss is increasing whenever the labor cost is higher than material cost. Therefore, this thesis proposes a proper standards for the harmonious compromise between the contractor and the building owner for the problems caused by the drawing changes when the contract agreement is occurred.

The augmented cefficient of stiffness of T-beams are carefully calculated for the 4128 different cases and compared with the current ones which are 2.0 for T-beams and 1.5 for「-shaped beams. Most of the calulated results on this study are less than the current ones as shown on the below table. 내력감소 철근콘크리드 기둥의 구조적 거동에 관한 실험적 연구

In structure of reinforced concrete, strength is decreased by problem of materials and construction failure. For bring used day, structure is injured by overload and vibration, and require countermeasure because of crack and extreme strain. At this point, in column, which can injury structure. confined by steel plate. according to quantity of reinforcement and ratio of depth-thickness. investigate relation of countermeasure efficient and strength and study strength and ductility of column confined by steel plate. Throughout this experimental study. we analyzed strength of specimens. dtraon and ductility with section area of steel plate. ratio of volume, ratio of depth-thickness for that result. 1) There is little difference in increasing of maximum strength between 80mm specimen and 100mm in the width. If the width of steel plate were over 80mm. the efficiency for increasing of load is decreased. 2) The quantity of reinforcement and ratio of width-thickness are not proportion to ratio of strength. Therefore and maximum efficiency is showed at the barch of c-2 300㎤ and the batch of c-4 550㎤. If the width of the steel plate of reinforcement were over 80mm. the efficiency for ratio strength is decreased.
