        NFC를 활용한 병원 회진 안내 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Now, Korean health technology and health service is proud to be world class one at a level of not falling behind anywhere in the world. However, this health service has been provided, centering on hospital or medical staff, not patient so far. And there is a tendency to gradually change into patient-centered health service. According to the results of survey performed by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, it was reported that, as of 2016, 30% or more of inpatients were not sufficiently given information relating to hospital rounds, and in particular, 50% or more of inpatients in their twenties to thirties expressed discontent, and approximately 17% of inpatients in their seventies and beyond expressed discontent. In the light of these data, especially inpatients in their twenties to thirties want information relating to hospital rounds and the like. And taking into consideration that they are characterized by being accustomed to using a smartphone, it is intended to design and implement a hospital rounds information smartphone application. Now, in some of medium and large hospitals, information about hospital is provided through smartphone application. However, the main purpose is hospital information or outpatient’s appointment to see a doctor and so on. Even in case of providing information about hospital rounds, only information about approximate time to make rounds is provided. This paper is intended to design and implement hospital rounds information system making it possible to check their turn when rounds are made by utilizing NFC function in smart phone. 현재 대한민국의 의료 기술과 의료 서비스는 세계 어디에서도 뒤처지지 않을 정도로 세계적인 수준을 자랑하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 의료서비스는 아직까지 환자중심이 아닌 병원 또는 의료진을 중심으로 이루어져 있으며 조금씩 환자 중심의 의료 서비 스로 변화하고 있는 추세이다. 한국보건사회 연구원의 조사 결과에 따르면 2016년 현재 병원 입원 환자 중 30%이상이 회진과 관련된 정보를 충분히 제공받지 못했고 특히 2~30대 환자의 50%이상이 불만을 표시 하였고 70대 이상에서는 17% 정도가 불만을 표시 했다고 한다. 이러한 자료를 비추어 볼 때 특히 2~30대가 회진등과 관련된 정보를 바라고 있으며 이들은 스마트 폰사용에 익숙하다는 특징을 고려하여 회진정보 스마트 폰 애플리케이션을 설계 구현하고자 한다. 현재 일부 중․대형 병원에서는 스마트 폰 애플리케이션을 통해서 병원 정보를 제공하고 있으나 병원 안내 또는 외래환자의 진료 예약 등이 주요 목적이며 회진 정보를 제공하는 경우에도 대략적인 회진 시간만을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰에 있는 NFC 기능을 활용해서 회진 시 자신의 순서를 확인할 수 있는 병원 회진 안내 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하고자 한다.

        임상간호사의 의도적 간호순회가 환자의 간호요구와 간호서비스 만족에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of intentional nursing rounds on patients’ needs and satisfaction. Methods: A non-equivalent control group non-synchronized quasi-experimental design was used. Adult inpatients were recruited from two medical/surgical units at a general hospital in Korea. While the control group (n=37) received standard care, the experimental group (n=39) received structured nursing rounds every two hours during the day and every four hours at night. For data collection, observation logs and self-report questionnaires were used. The collected data were analyzed using Chi-square, independent t-test, paired t-test and repeated measured ANOVA. Results: As time passed, the frequency of patients’ needs for nursing care was significantly reduced in the experimental group. The significant differences between two groups began to emerge from post-intervention day 4. Patient satisfaction on nursing services was significantly increased in the experimental group. In addition, the mean difference between pretest and posttest was significantly larger in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusions: Systematic and purposeful nursing rounds were effective in addressing patients’ basic needs and in improving patient satisfaction with hospital nursing services. However, more research is needed to determine the influence of intentional nursing rounds on patient safety and nurse satisfaction.

        입원아동 돌봄을 위한 가족중심 순회의 통합적 고찰

        Purpose: Involvement of families in rounds is one strategy to implement patient- and family-centered care to help families get clear information about their child, and be actively involved in decision making. The purpose of this paper was to identify the major concepts of family-centered rounds for hospitalized children. Methods: We searched five electronic databases for relevant articles and used Whittemore and Knafl’s integrative review methods to synthesize the literature. Articles published between June 2003 and January 2016 were reviewed and through full text screening 24 peer-reviewed articles were found that met the selection criteria for this review. Results: Through in-depth discussion and investigation of the relevant literature, four overarching components emerged: (a) cognition of parents and medical staff, (b) effective communication, (c) collaboration of family and medical staff, (d) coaching of medical staff. Conclusion: For successful family-centered rounds positive cognition is important. Appropriate communication skills and consideration of multi-cultural family can lead to effective communication. Offering consistent and transparent information is important for collaboration between family and medical staff. Prior education on family-centered rounds is also important. Four major components have been identified as basic standards for implementing family-centered rounds for hospitalized children.

        병원 경영적 측면에서 약제부서 업무 활성화 방안

        In our ongoing efforts to reduce drug expenditure, we are planning to the wound-rounding system by pharmacists. The purpose of the wound-rounding system were 1) education of nurses about drug storing conditions, 2) understanding of drug consuming pattern, 3) managing of drug that was not used for patients. We are expect some benefits in various area such as service for patients, hospital management and raising of pharmacist degree.
