라이프스타일 제안을 위한 기업 디자인경영에 대한 사례 연구 - 츠타야 서점과 하나은행 컬처뱅크를 중심으로╶

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 변화하는 소비자와 공급자의 관계에서 디자이너는 어떤 역할을 해야 하는가에대한 의문에서 출발한 연구이다. ‘일본의 츠탸야 서점’과 ‘하나은행 컬처뱅크’는 서점과 은행으로 불리고 있지만기존의 서점과 은행과는 다른 형태를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 차이점은 예전과 달라진 소비자의 소비 행태와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 츠타야 서점과 하나은행 컬쳐뱅크에대한 사례연구를 통해 변화하는 소비자의 소비 행태에맞춰 기업이 소비자들에게 어떻게 다가가고 있는지를 살펴본다. 사례분석을 위한 틀로 사회적 시점, 기업 시점, 고객 시점으로 나누어 살펴보고, 그 결과로 변화하는 시대에 기업들은 디자인경영을 통해 고객들에게 새로운 라이프스타일을 제안하고 있음을 알아내었다. 그를 위해디자이너는 사회와 고객을 이해하고 기업이 제공하는 상품이나 서비스에 고객가치를 부여하는 역량을 가져야 함을 제안한다. This study starts with the question of what roles designers can play in the changing relationships of consumers and suppliers in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Japan's Tsukuniya Bookstore and Hana Bank Culture Bank are called bookstore and bank, respectively, but they show different forms from conventional bookstores and banks. These differences are closely related to recent changes in consumer behaviour and spending patterns. Through a case study of Tsutaya Bookstore and Hana Bank Culture Bank, we examine how companies approach consumers responding to changing consumer spending. As a framework for case analysis, three perspectives are used: social, corporative, and customer perspective. As a result, it is found that companies propose new lifestyles to customers through design management. To this end, designers should be able to understand the society and their customers and have the capacity to add customer value to the products or services they offer.
