관광주민사업체와 관광두레 PD 간 협력 네트워크 인식에 대한 차이

본 연구의 목적은 관광두레를 구성하는 주요 업체들의 협력 네트워크에 대한 인식을 이해하는 것이다. 지역관광의 내생적 발전을 위한 생태계 구축에 주목하여 주민주도 관광사업체인 관광두레사업을 협력 네트워크라는 관점에서 접근하였으며, 보다 심층적인 논의를 위해 관광두레사업의 주요 추진 주체인 주민사업체와 관광두레 PD의 관점을 구분하여 차이점을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 협력 네트워크에 대한 참여 의도, 협력 네트워크 참여 제약요인, 그리고 협력 네트워크 활동 필요성 인식 수준의 차이에 관한 연구문제를 제기하고 이에 대한 해답을 찾아가는 과정에서 두 집단에 대한 이해를 높이려 하였다. 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 주민사업체와 관광두레 PD들은 두 집단 모두 협력 네트워크를 중요하게 생각하지만, 주민사업체들의 경우, 지역 관광사업체 협의회나 사회적경제 협의회와 같은 협력 네트워크에 대한 실제 참여의도가 강하다고 할 수 없으며, 여기에는 네트워킹이 현재 진행하고 있는 사업에 별 도움이 되지 않을 수 있다는 부정적 인식이 일부 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 관광두레 PD들은 협력 네트워크에 대한 참여 의도는 매우 강하나 이를 실천하는 네트워킹의 구체적 방법이나 대상 발굴 등 실제 활동에 다소 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 협력 네트워크 활동에서는, 주민사업체들은 시장 판로 연계나 물적자원 교류, 인터넷 판매망 협력과 같은 단기간 내 수익 실현에 도움이 되는 중간 수준의 협력 활동에 많은 관심을 갖지만, 관광두레 PD들은 조직간 협의나 관계망 구축과 같은 협력 네트워크 기초 활동이나 실험적 공동사업 운영을 통한 협력 네트워크 기반 강화를 보다 중요하게 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 관광두레 구성원의 협력 네트워크에 대한 인식을 구체적으로 파악했으며, 이를 주민사업체와 관광두레 PD로 나누어 인식의 차이를 살펴보았다는 학술적 의의를 갖는다. 실무적으로는 향후 지역관광의 지속적인 생태계 구축을 위한 기반을 관광두레라는 환경속에서 찾고자 하는 현실적인 접근 방향성을 구축하였다는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand perceptions of cooperative networks of the major players that make up Tourdure. In order to have a more in-depth discussion, we attempted to draw out differences by distinguishing the perspectives of the main driving entities of the tourdure project, the resident businesses and the Tourdure PD(Producer). Both groups of resident businesses and Tourdure PD consider cooperative networks important, but in the case of resident businesses, it cannot be said that they have a strong intention to actually participate in cooperative networks such as the local tourism business council or social economy council. On the other hand, although the Tourdure PD have a very strong intention to participate in the cooperative network, they appear to be experiencing some difficulties in actual activities such as specific methods of networking or finding targets to put this into practice. In cooperative network activities, resident businesses were very interested in mid-level cooperative activities that helped realize profits in the short term. On the other hand, Tourdure PD appeared to consider basic cooperative network activities or strengthening the cooperative network foundation as more important. Theoretical implications contributed to the conceptual expansion of the cooperative network by grafting the concept of the cooperative network into the field of tourism. The practical implication is that it has laid the foundation for building a sustainable ecosystem for local tourism in the future.
