시각장애인의 생활안전의식, 가정 내 안전사고 경험 정도, 생활만족 간의 관계 연구: 가정 내 안전사고 경험 정도의 매개효과 검증을 중심으로

Purpose: This study tested a mediating role of the experience of household accidents on predicting the effects of daily safety consciousness on life satisfaction among people with visual impairments. Method: A total of 364 participants voluntarily responded to the questionnaire. On the basis of Baron and Kenny(1986)’s statistical procedure, we tested a mediating role of the experience of household accidents by using multiple linear regression analyses. Results: The present study demonstrated that daily safety consciousness positively predicted life satisfaction, and the experience of household accidents negatively affected life satisfaction with statistical significance. The experience of household accidents partially mediated the effect of daily safety consciousness on life satisfaction. Conclusion: Practical suggestions and research implications were discussed to improve life satisfaction by raising daily safety consciousness and preventing household accidents among people with visual impairments. 연구목적: 본 연구는 시각장애인의 생활안전의식이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때 가정 내 안전사고 경험정도가 매개역할을 하는지 검증하였다. 연구방법: 총 364명의 시각장애인 참여자가 연구 설문에 자발적으로 응답하였다. Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 통계적 검증 절차에 따라, 위계적 회귀분석을 실행하여 가정 내 안전사고 경험 정도의 매개효과를 규명하였다. 연구결과: 시각장애인의 생활안전의식은 생활만족에 통계적으로 유의하게 정적으로, 가정 내 안전사고 경험 정도는 생활만족에 통계적으로 유의하게 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 시각장애인의 생활안전의식이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 때, 가정 내 안전사고 경험 정도는 생활안전의식과 생활만족 사이를 부분 매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 시각장애인들이 생활안전의식을 통해 가정 내 안전사고를 예방함으로써 전반적인 생활만족을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안들이 논의되었다.

가정 내 영유아 생활안전 실태 및 안전예방에 관한 연구 : 빅데이터 분석 및 설문조사를 이용한 생활안전 예방보험금 추정

This study aims to find out the current situation and the plan of safety accidents of infants and young children in the home on the background that social demand for safety issues in the home is steadily increasing. The results of this study are as follows. First, in case of accidents among children and infants at home, the accidents of boys are more frequent than girls, and the most accidents occur in summer. As children enter the infancy, accidents in the bathroom are frequent, so care must be taken to prevent accidents. Second, the online survey results for mothers of infants and toddlers (1,000 copies) showed that the most common types of accidents were crash or bump accidents, slippage and fall accidents. Careful attention should be given to the placement of furniture and appliances in the home and to building finishes (e.g. anti-skid). Third, assuming additional safety prevention facilities in the home, respondents were willing to pay about 50,000 won. This implies that most households in Korea are very passive in paying additional installations for their children"s home safety issues, which requires raising awareness about the safety of homes and active response by construction companies. Fourth, as a result of calculating the monthly average WTP for the provisional "safety prevention fee", it was found to be 28, 035 won per month. It is estimated that the formation of Korean safety prevention burden market of about 42 billion won per month and 512 billion won per year for infants and young children in the home, indicating this is important from a housing management and policy perspective.

Purpose: In this study, the safety precautions and programs for the development of education in order to provide a basis for in-home safety situation was analyzed. Methods: January 2012 to December 2012 collected by the Korea Consumer Agency CISS 33,981 accidents in the home that the data on gender, age, generation Location occur, according to the details into place, by item, the treatment period, the contents of stars, Location for generating content for each part were analyzed. Conclusion: Survey, gender, household accidents in 50.2% of women, by age, 41.6% of children under 10 years of age, respectively.
