이 글은 지금까지 회화에 있어서 불가능한 것의 한계를 간략하게 기술해보았다. 대부분의 현대 <전위> 미술이 불가능한 것의 한계 가까이 또는 한계에 있는 이 지대속에 존재하므로 그것은 페러독스로 가득차 있으며 그 패러독스들은 때로는 파괴적이고 때로는 생기에 넘치고 때로는 양자를 동시에 내포하기도 한다. 사실 현대 미술 속에 내재하는 페러독스가 기능을 하여 현대미술을 영원히 새롭게 유지하고 있다는 것은 아마도 세번째 방향 즉 자기 파괴적이요 활기있다는 두 요소가 동시에 공존하는데 일 것이다.

<P>The Human Proteome Organisation (HUPO) initiated several projects focusing on the proteome analysis of distinct human organs. The Brain Proteome Project (BPP) is the initiative dedicated to the brain, its development and correlated diseases. Two pilot studies have been performed aiming at the comparison of techniques, laboratories and approaches. With the help of the results gained, objective data submission, storage and reprocessing workflow have been established. The biological relevance of the data will be drawn from the inter-laboratory comparisons as well as from the re-calculation of all data sets submitted by the different groups. In the following, results of the single groups as well as the centralised reprocessing effort will be summarised and compared, showing the added value of this concerted work.</P>
Smart Specialization and the Role of Universities and Science Parks

The concept of Smart Specialization represents a major shift in EU structural policy. It recognizes place-specific qualities and particularly locally embedded knowledge to stimulate innovative economic performance. Although there have been debates about the role of universities as innovation incubator, deliberations about their influence in regional innovation strategies (RIS3) in the context of smart specialization approaches are still under-represented. This paper therefore aims at discussing the potential role of universities and related incubator environments in smart specialization strategies, which is illustrated with the help of a German state, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. This paper argues the concepts, opportunities and challenges that are related to the learning ecosystem towards the needs raised by the 4th Industrial Revolution. The education is discussed as catalyst but also as carrier of innovation and innovation practices and the basis of a relevant framework is presented that takes into account all the aspects, domains and key players of educational world and interacting domains. Having introduced the ideas of innovation, collaboration and technology advancement in this environment, this paper also presents a real case of practice, focusing on how more than 5.000 schools around Europe succeeded the last four (4) years to implement innovation activities in a collaborative way and under a unique but also flexible pedagogical innovation framework.
