Fishery products are unintentionally exposed to many harmful substances. Especially, pesticide contamination on fishery products could be derived from the aquatic environment and the accumulation of residues causes undesirable effects to human health. In this work, we evaluated a multi-residue analysis method for the determination of 76 pesticides in fishery products using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The sample preparation and clean-up were based on the QuEChERS method. Matrix-matched calibrations were performed at three different spiking levels (0.01, 0.02, and 0.10 μg/mL) in flatfish, eel, shrimp, and clam. The accuracy, precision, and linearity were satisfied with the intra-laboratory level according to the Codex Guidelines (CAC/GL-40) in terms of accuracy (recoveries between 60 and 120%) and precision (relative standard deviation below 20%). It shows that the proposed method is acceptable for the multi-residue analysis of 76 pesticides in fishery products. Further studies are required to apply for the simultaneous determination of target pesticides in several fishery products.

<B>ABSTRACT</B><P>The performance of the SD Bioline rapid antigen test kit for influenza virus detection was evaluated with 295 respiratory specimens during the influenza season. The overall sensitivity and specificity of the SD Bioline test were 61.9% and 96.8% for the influenza A virus antigen and 54.5% and 100% for the influenza B virus antigen, respectively. The results were consistent with peak influenza activities.</P>
