Subject Hierarchy Structure Modeling in Data Warehouse
Yixuan Ma,Xuedong Gao,Shujuan Gu 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.8 No.4
Data warehouse is subject-oriented organized. However, when data warehousing, the hierarchy structure of subject is currently only decided by decision makers’ intuition. Faced with complicated business data mining cases, it is hard to establish hierarchy structure of subject just according to intuition. Thus a method based on ISM is present to make subject level structure establishment more measurable and illustrative. In this article, the "Subject" level structure establishment process is presented firstly. Then the method is put forward. Finally, the rationality and validity of this method are verified by a case on university financial data warehouse’s subject level establishment.

Due to the household registration system, millions of rural-to-urban migrant children in China are ineligible to receive urban social welfare benefits. These children poten-tially suffer from the evolving awareness of their perceived inferior social identity and experiences of inequalities at an early stage of life. This study examined whether self-perceived social identity is related to academic performance and peer relations among rural-to-urban migrant children in Beijing. Data were collected from 136 children during 2013 and 2014 in three schools for migrant children in Beijing. Path analysis showed that children who identified as a Beijinger, compared with those who self-identified with their rural hometown, had better self-efficacy, which in turn was associated with better academic performance and better peer relations. Enlightened by Western theories, these findings suggest that migrant children’s performance in school could be enhanced by cultivating positive perceptions of their social identity through teachers’ practice and community- and policy-level social support.

Youth participation in governance goes beyond the scope of positive youth development and involves young people engaging in real‐world social governance. Drawing on a culturally sensitive review of policies related to youth participation, this study investigated the effect of subjective factors (i.e., perceived responsibility and political efficacy) on young adults' participation in governance in China. A subset of young adult ( N = 2396) was extracted from the national 2019 Chinese Social Survey. Regression and mediation analyses found a positive association between their perceived responsibility and participation in governance, which was significantly mediated by their perceived political efficacy. Furthermore, conditional indirect effects were found when using education and generational status of the young adults as moderators. Education was found to alleviate the negative effect of perceived responsibility on political efficacy and its negative indirect effect on youth participation. These findings highlight the importance of policymakers, social workers, and other practitioners in developing and promoting evidence‐based community programs that empower, encourage, and motivate young adults to recognize their individual responsibility and political efficacy in social governance.

The fast development of the ultra-high speed vertical rotor promotes the study and exploration for the supporting mechanism. It hasbecome the focus of research that how to improve the speed and overcome the vibration when the rotors pass through the low-order criticalfrequencies. This paper introduces a kind of permanent magnet (PM) supporting mechanism and describes an optimization method ofits sensitive parameters, which can make the vertical rotor system reach 80000 r/min smoothly. Firstly we find the sensitive parametersthrough analyzing the rotor’s features in the process of achieving high-speed, then, study these sensitive parameters and summarize theregularities with the method of combining the experiment and the finite element method (FEM), at last, achieve the optimization methodof these parameters. That will not only get a stable effect of raising speed and shorten the debugging time greatly, but also promote theextensive application of the PM supporting mechanism in the ultra-high speed vertical rotors.

Membrane fouling is usually a troublesome issue in oily water treatment, especially containing complex crude oil emulsions. Although most of the reported membranes are in a position to repel models oils, it’s still a big challenge of repelling crude oil. Besides, the fabrication processes of those membranes are too complicated, high-cost and environmentally unfriendly. Hence, in this work, a facile and green method was designed to fabricate a Cellulose nanofiber (CNF) polyelectrolyte filtration membrane with excellent underwater superoleophobic characteristic and outstanding antifouling performance. The membrane not only can separate oil/water emulsions with a high separation efficiency (>99%) and water flux (>11,000 L m2 h1), but also remove positively charged dyes with good permeation fluxes (>10,000 L m2 h1) and rejection radio (>98%). Herein, it can be anticipated that this method has excellent potential for designing and preparing the specific membranes for multifunctional applications in water treatment.
