Research on Braking Process of High-speed Train with Aerodynamic Brake

The speed is higher, the kinetic energy is greater. In order to ensure the safety of a new generation train running in a high speed, it is necessary to research on its braking performance. In this paper, the braking force, running resistance, braking time, braking distance and the deceleration generated by the train with two kinds of braking wings were analyzed while the high-speed train was doing deceleration movement. And the results were compared and analyzed between the train with and without braking wing, and between the two kinds of braking wings. The results showed that the high speed train with braking wings made much contribution to the acceleration in the braking process, especially the train is in high speed.

<P>Temperature and strain responses of fiber Bragg grating sensors were measured in cryogenic environment. With temperature from room temperature down to 77 K or 4.2 K, the temperature response was found to be relatively linear above 100 K, and the temperature sensitivity decreases with the decrease of temperature, and to approximately zero for temperature less than 50 K. Technologies were developed to eliminate the multi-peaks in strain experiment, so the strain response was measured at 77 K, and was found to be linear at constant temperatures.</P>
Research on Feature Extraction based on Deep Learning

With the development of deep learning, it has achieved impressive results in feature extraction field. This paper drives research in feature extraction based on deep learning. First, this paper gives a brief introduction on the world's research status on deep learning and principle of Restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM). Then this paper conducts reducing experiment based on RBM for handwritten digits. According to the analysis based on the results of the experiments, this paper tries to get a proper dimension which handwritten digits reduced to achieve better performance. Finally, this paper finds that it reach the goal when handwritten digits is reduced to half dimensional raw digits. This is an important foundation of deep learning layering and offers help to researchers in feature extraction based on deep learning.
Post-quantum identity-based authenticated multiple key agreement protocol

Authenticated multiple key agreement (AMKA) protocols provide participants with multiple session keys after one round of authentication. Many schemes use Diffie-Hellman or authenticated key agreement schemes that rely on hard integer factorizations that are vulnerable to quantum algorithms. Lattice cryptography provides quantum resistance to authenticated key agreement protocols, but the certificate always incurs excessive public key infrastructure management overhead. Thus, a lightweight lattice-based secure system is needed that removes this overhead. To answer this need, we provide a two-party lattice- and identity-based AMKA scheme based on bilateral short integer or computational bilateral inhomogeneous small integer solutions, and we provide a security proof based on the random oracle model. Compared with existing AMKA protocols, our new protocol has higher efficiency and stronger security.
A Novel Fluorescent Nanoswitch Based on Carbon Dots for Sensitive Detection of Hg2+ and I-

In this paper, a novel fluorescent nanoswitch based on carbon dots (CDs) was developed for the sensitive and selective determination of Hg2+ and I-. The CDs were obtained by simple hydrothermal process and had a strong fluorescence emission at 440 nm. The fluorescence of the CDs can be selectively quenched by Hg2+ ion, and then the I- was added into the system, which can interact with Hg2+ and recover fluorescence of the CDs. Under optimal conditions, the quenching fluorescence intensity on addition of Hg2+ has obtained a satisfactory linear relationship covering the linear range of 0–50 µM with the linear relationship (R21 = 0.9991), and the limit of detection is 0.047 µM. The additions of I- could lead to the fluorescence intensity of the solution of CDs and Hg2+ (50 µM) recover rapidly, which is linearly related (R22 = 0.9957) to the concentration of I- in the range from 0 to 70 µM, the detection limit for I- was calculated to be 0.084 µM. Moreover, the developed method to detect Hg2+ and I- was evaluated in real examples, and the fluorescence switching can sensitively and selectively detect Hg2+ and I- over some potentially interfering ions, the recoveries were up to 97.8–107.0% and 96.7–106.6%, respectively.

Background/Aims Some inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients in remission suffer from irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)-like symptoms (IBD-IBS). The pathogenesis has not yet been elucidated. The study aim is to evaluate relationships among quality of life (QOL), psychological status, and visceral sensitivity, and explore the formation mechanism of IBD-IBS. Methods Forty-seven patients with Crohn’s disease in remission, 24 ulcerative colitis in remission, 26 IBS, and 20 healthy controls were included in the study. The abdominal pain, QOL, anxiety, and depression were evaluated through questionnaires. Visceral sensitivity was measured by rectal balloon distension. The serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and nerve growth factor (NGF) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The expressions of tryptase, 5-HT, NGF, and related receptors in colonic tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot. Results Prevalence of IBS-like symptoms in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis patients in clinical remission was 29.8% and 50.0%, respectively. The QOL was lower, the anxiety/depression scores were higher in IBD-IBS patients than those without IBS-like symptoms. Additionally, patients with IBD-IBS existed visceral hypersensitivity. Besides, abdominal pain was associated with poor QOL, visceral hypersensitivity, anxiety, and depression in IBD-IBS patients. The number of mast cells (MCs) and expressions of 5-HT, NGF, and related receptors were higher in IBD-IBS patients than those with no such symptoms. The serum levels of 5-HT and NGF positively correlated with abdominal pain and visceral hypersensitivity. Conclusion IBD-IBS patients may have low QOL and psychological abnormalities, as wells as visceral hypersensitivity which may be related to increased 5-HT and NGF levels released from activated mast cells.
