The traffic engineering consists of traffic management, capacity management and network planning. In this paper, we present the capacity management function in traffic engineering for next generation multimedia internet services. The link capacity design, shortest-route design and multiple-time network design model is presented. Finally, day-load variation design model and traffic forecasting/reservation model for internet traffic are introduced.

<P>Spontaneous oxidation of C<SUB>60</SUB> by Au ions was observed. When C<SUB>60</SUB> was guided to make contacts with Au<SUP>3+</SUP> ions in aqueous HAuCl<SUB>4</SUB> solution, electrons were spontaneously transferred from C<SUB>60</SUB> to Au<SUP>3+</SUP> ions, resulting in hole (h<SUP>+</SUP>) doped C<SUB>60</SUB> cations and Au nanoparticles on a C<SUB>60</SUB> layer. This spontaneous electron transfer occurs due to the galvanic displacement from C<SUB>60</SUB> to Au<SUP>3+</SUP> ions owing to the energy difference between Fermi energy level of C<SUB>60</SUB> (−4.7 eV) and standard reduction potential of Au<SUP>3+</SUP> ion (+1.002 V). The oxidation of C<SUB>60</SUB> as well as the consequent formation of reduced Au nanoparticles were confirmed by atomic force microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electrochemistry. 이동성 관리의 관점에서 중요한 문제인 주요 운영 관리 기법은 이동성 관리이며, 이는 이동체로 부터 송수신되는 호의 이동성을 관리하게 된다. 이동성 관리는 이동하는 클라이언트의 위치 변화를 검사하고 새로운 위치를 적절하게 기록함으로써 시스템이 해당 위치를 항상 정확히 유지하도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 통신망에서 발생하는 호들의 위치 관리 트래픽을 줄이기 위한 DCLR(Dynamic Circle Location Register) 기법을 제안한다. DCLR기법에서 각 VLR은 그 주변에 주어진 RA(Registration Area) 영역을 가지며, 그 영역 내에 존재하는 다른 VLR들의 정보(ID: Identification Number)도 갖는다. 제안된 DCLR기법은 HLR의 데이터베이스 등록 시간과 호 추적 시간을 감소시키며 기존 IS-41기법과 비교하여 무선 통신에서 각각 LSTP(local signaling transfer point) 등록 트래픽을 줄이며 RA경계간에 발생되는 핑퐁효과의 발생을 최소화 한다.
Immunostimulatory Polysaccharide Fractionated from Liquid Culture by Phellinus linteus Mycelium

To evaluate the industrial applicability of liquid ferment by Phellinus linteus mycelium to postbiotics for intestinal immunostimulation, liquid ferment fractionated into hot-water extract (PL-HW & PM-HW) and crude polysaccharide (PL-CP & PM-CP) from whole culture (PL) or mycelium (PM), and exopolysaccharide (EPS) from culture supernatant. Innate immunostimulating activity using RAW 264.7 cell line showed that EPS induced the most effective production of macrophage activating cytokine and nitric oxide. EPS stimulated the production of Th1-activated cytokines such as TNF-α and IFN-γ in splenocytes, which also suggested an effect on cell-mediated adaptive immune activation. General chemical analysis showed that the immunostimulatory EPS was composed high ratio of neutral sugar, and a small amount of uronic acid, protein, and polyphenols. Component sugar analysis indicated that EPS was composed high proportion of glucose, and small amounts of mannose, galactose, and glucuronic acid. Thus, it was confirmed that glucan-type exopolysaccharide fractionated from culture supernatant of P. linteus mycelium can promote both innate and adaptive immune cell stimulation.
형상모수에 근거한 소프트웨어 최적방출시기에 관한 비교 연구

본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 제품을 개발하여 테스팅을 거친 후 사용자에게 인도하는 시기를 결정하는 방출문제에 대하여 연구되었다. 소프트웨어의 결함을 제거하거나 수정 작업 중에도 새로운 결함이 발생될 가능성이 있는 무한고장수를 가진 비동질적인 포아송 과정에 기초하고 수명분포는 단위당 고장발생률이 증가하거나 감소하는 속성을 가진 형상모수가 2인 확률 분포를 이용한 최적 방출시기에 관한 문제를 제시하여 소프트웨어 요구 신뢰도를 만족시키고 소프트웨어 개발 및 유지 총비용을 최소화 시키는 최적 소프트웨어 방출 정책에 대하여 논의 되었다. 본 논문의 수치적인 예에서는 고장 간격 시간 자료를 적용하고 모수추정 방법은 최우추정법과 추세분석을 통하여 자료의 효율성을 입증한 후 최적 방출시기를 추정하였다. In this paper, make a study decision problem called an optimal release policies after testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user. When correcting or modifying the software, because of the possibility of introducing new faults when correcting or modifying the software, infinite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process models presented and propose an optimal release policies of the life distribution applied fixed shape parameter distribution which can capture the increasing/decreasing nature of the failure occurrence rate per fault. In this paper, discuss optimal software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement. In a numerical example, after trend test applied and estimated the parameters using maximum likelihood estimation of inter-failure time data, make out estimating software optimal release time
