        The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education plays a crucial role in education in Ukraine, as an independent entity creates and ensures quality standards of higher education, which allow to properly implement the educational policy of the state, develop the economy and society as a whole. The purpose of the article: to reveal the crucial role of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to create quality management of higher education institutions, to show its mechanism as an independent entity that creates and ensures quality standards of higher education. and society as a whole. The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication. The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.

      • The Use of Electronic Educational Resources in Training Future Specialists in Higher Education Institutions

        The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of the use of electronic educational resources in the training of future specialists in higher education institutions. The importance of using electronic educational resources in the preparation of university students is proven. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the high rise of globalization in the process of training future specialists in higher education institutions. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article is the fundamental and modern provisions of the theory, the work of scientists and specialists in the management of electronic educational resources in the field of education. Based on the results of the analysis, the main characterizing aspects of the use of electronic educational resources in the training of future specialists in higher education institutions were identified. Further research needs to analyze new, experimental electronic means in the system of student training.

      • Use of Multimedia Technologies in the Training of Physical Culture and Sports Specialists

        Educational reform in Ukraine encourages the use of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports, which is one of the promising directions of education development. Therefore, the article specifies the content of the terms "innovation" and "technology". For modern society, the introduction of multimedia technologies in education is not so much theoretical as pragmatic, since under condition of globalization it concerns its historical development and prospects associated with the so-called "high technologies".Our goal is to improve the training of Physical Education and Sports specialists by means of multimedia technologies. All of innovative technologies can be divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sport at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of manufacturability, which are presented in the article: scientism, to rely on the theoretical provisions of pedagogical science and methods of teaching the discipline, socially recognized educational goals, prospects for modernization of Education; consistency, which provides for the interaction of parts and the whole in the organization of the study environment, as a result of which the physical development of the young generation is an integral entity; guarantee, that is, the error between the planned and obtained results should be minimal; manageability, that is, full management of the stages of work of the teacher and students, which make up the completed cycle of actions; mass participation, for the purpose of applying the technology does not depend on the physical training of students, the pedagogical skill of the teacher and the type of educational institutions. The article presents the theory and method of organizing sports events and circuses in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports by means of multimedia technologies. In order to increase the level of physical development of a person, physical fitness and the state of health of students, which has a clear trend to constant deterioration, it is necessary to instill love for sports, carry out high-quality training and organize sports events using multimedia technologies. In the process of sports activities, the participants' mental education is carried out. There are two types of communication here: direct and indirect, which are described in the article.In games and sports competitions, there are many opportunities for forming rules of collective behavior. The main issues of the organization of sports activities by means of multimedia technologies have been clarified. During sports competitions, the tasks presented in Physical Education and sports classes are improved, which ensure the improvement of physical and theoretical training of the individual. The pleasure of sports, bright, emotional spectacles, confirmed by multimedia technologies, arises from the participation of the viewer in them.

      • The Impact of Digitalization on the Forms Change of Employment and the Labor Market in the Context of the Information Economy Development

        The authors of the article investigate the impact of digitalization on the forms change of employment and the labor market in the modern conditions. It is substantiated that digitalization processes directly affect the change of forms of employment and the range of occupations in the labor market, as well as the change of jobs. The positive and negative consequences of changing forms of employment for the economy in the process of digital transformation are analyzed, which include: reduction of personnel costs by employers; dissemination of non-standard, informal employment (electronic freelance, electronic outsourcing, start-employment); enabling employees to manage their working hours; increasing unemployment and imbalance of supply and demand in the labor market; reduction of productivity of enterprises, as a result of reduced productivity of workers with non-standard forms of employment, or with a negative indirect impact on productivity. A model for managing the process of digitalization in the labor market of Ukraine under different scenarios of their implementation, namely evolutionary and forced is devoted. To recognize the possible change in the level of employment in connection with the implementation of the forced scenario of digitalization in Ukraine, a model for estimating probable changes in the labor market is proposed. The directions of development of the state strategy of prevention of risks of reduction of number of workplaces in the course of digitalization are outlined.

        The characteristic aspects of learning a foreign language require special resources and tools for online learning. Criteria for choosing educational platforms depend on key elements of an academic subject area. Microsoft Teams (hereafter, MT) educational platform is competitive one because it meets most of the needs that arise during the formation of a secondary linguistic persona. Due to the large number of corporate programs, there are a successful acquisition of language skills and the implementation of all types of oral activities of students. A significant MT advantage is the constant analysis and monitoring of the platform of participants' needs in the educational process by developers. The article highlights MT advantages and disadvantages. The attention is drawn to individual programs, which, in the authors' opinion, are the most successful to learn writing, reading, speaking, listening, as well as organize classes that meet needs of modern foreign students.

        The main purpose of the study is to determine the main elements of the use of digital technologies for learning a foreign language in educational institutions. The era of digital technologies is a transition from the traditional format of working with information to a digital format. This is the era of the total domination of digital technologies. Digital technologies have gained an unprecedented rapid and general distribution. In recent years, all spheres of human life have already undergone the intervention of digital technologies. Therefore, it is precisely the educational industry that faces a difficult task - to move to a new level of education, where digital technologies will be actively used, allowing you to conveniently and quickly work in the information field for more effective learning and development. The study has limitations and they relate to the fact that the practical activities of the process of using digital technologies in the system of preparing the study of a foreign language were not taken into account.
