The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. It is lights up the advantages of distance learning and determined the characteristic features of distance learning of students training in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process. The article focuses on the main aspects of computerization of studies as a technological breach in methodology, organization and practical realization of educational process and informative culture of a teacher. Information technologies are intensive involved in life of humanity, educational process of schools and higher educational establishments. Modernization of the educational sector requires globalization, democratization, and the transition to an information technology society. The main goal of education at the present stage is to solve the problem of ensuring the priority of the development of education and science. In modern conditions, the quality of training of qualified specialists is becoming particularly relevant. The great role of teacher education is emphasized by its main goal, which is to train specialists who can ensure the versatile and innovative development of a person as a person and the highest value of society, its mental, physical and aesthetic abilities, high moral qualities, and, consequently, the enrichment on this basis of the intellectual, creative and cultural potential of the people. Among the strategic tasks of modernizing higher education is to ensure informatization of the educational process and access to International Information Systems. The essence of the concept of multimedia is clarified. In the context of media education, multimedia lists a number of functions: informational, interpretive, cultural, entertainment, and educational. The need to meet the needs outlined in the article in the conditions of informatization of the educational process requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the field of multimedia pedagogical technologies, knowledge of advanced methods and means of modern science. It is considered what relevant concepts of media education have been developed and are being developed in Ukraine and form an important basis for the modernization of education, which will contribute to the construction of an information society in the country and the formation of civil society. Distance learning is considered - the most democratic form of education that allows broad segments of society to get an education. Distance learning methods are used in higher education institutions, in school education, in the system of advanced training of teachers, in the system of training managerial personnel.

The article reveals the problems of aesthetic education of young people as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual in the modern conditions of the information society. Aesthetic education should contribute to the formation of a creatively active personality. The basis of aesthetic education of young people in the modern conditions of the information society is the core of artistic culture - art as a unique form of public consciousness that contributes to the spiritual development and improvement of the inner world of a person. The main tasks of aesthetic education are highlighted. It is focused on the formation of aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic behavior of the individual. The formation of true aesthetic and spiritual values of students is impossible without a deep awareness of the national foundations of culture, which combines science (including technology), education, art, morality, way of life and worldview, and most importantly its information component - information culture. The effectiveness of aesthetic education of students largely depends on the skillful use of various methods and means by teachers. Aesthetic education of students involves a qualitative change in the level of their aesthetic culture in the modern conditions of the information society. In the era of information and computer technologies, the main Institute for aesthetic education of young people, as a necessary condition for the cultural development of the individual, is mass media. The purpose of the article: to reveal the crucial role of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to create quality management of higher education institutions, to show its mechanism as an independent entity that creates and ensures quality standards of higher education. and society as a whole. The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication. The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.

For high-quality education of the modern generation of students, forms of organizing the educational process and the latest methods of obtaining knowledge that differ from traditional ones are necessary. The importance of multimedia teaching tools is shown, which are promising and highly effective tools that allow the teacher not only to present an array of information in a larger volume than traditional sources of information, but also to include text, graphs, diagrams, sound, animation, video, etc. in a visually integrated form. Approaches to the classification of multimedia learning tools are revealed. Special features, advantages of multimedia, expediency of use and their disadvantages are highlighted. A comprehensive analysis of the capabilities of multimedia teaching tools gave grounds for identifying the didactic functions that they perform. Several areas of multimedia application are described. Multimedia technologies make it possible to implement several basic methods of pedagogical activity, which are traditionally divided into active and passive principles of student interaction with the computer, which are revealed in the article. Important conditions for the implementation of multimedia technologies in the educational process are indicated. The feasibility of using multimedia in education is illustrated by examples. Of particular importance in education are game forms of learning, in the implementation of which educational elements based on media material play an important role. The influence of the game on the development of attention by means of works of media culture, which are very diverse in form and character, is shown. The importance of the role of multimedia in student education is indicated. In the educational process of multimedia students, a number of educational functions are implemented, which are presented in the article. Recommendations for using multimedia are given.

European integration processes have acted as a catalyst for the emergence of a new type of educational environment, which is characterized by competent flexibility of specialists. Therefore, the article focuses on professional training of teachers in the context of European integration processes using information technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. One of the educational priorities in Europe is to create a new model of a teacher who has an academic education, knows innovative methods, is able to perform functions and tasks efficiently and professionally, adequately, quickly and correctly respond to changes and innovations. The tasks facing education in the European dimension are formulated. The main trends in the education of teachers in modern Europe are described: the need to deepen and expand subject training programs in pedagogical institutions of Higher Education, which will allow autonomy of activity, awareness of responsibility for independent creative decisions, create favorable conditions for the development of professionalism through the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists. At the present stage, various models of teacher training are being developed based on the University and practical concept using information technology and searching for innovative methods of training specialists. On this basis, two different theories of perception of teacher education were formed: as preparation of teachers for work throughout their professional career; as preparation for the first years of professional work, which is periodically repeated in the process of continuous professional training and improvement. Among the advantages that the use of Information Technology and the search for innovative methods of training specialists to implement the learning process, it is worth mentioning the following: simultaneous use of several channels of perception of the student or student in the learning process, thanks to which the integration of information processed by different sensory organs is achieved; the ability to simulate complex real experiments; visualization of abstract information by dynamic representation of processes, etc.

Professional self-determination of the individual is a complex and lengthy process of finding and realizing yourself in the profession. The main goal of professional self-determination is clarified. The basic concepts of readiness for professional self-determination of future specialists in the modern information society are revealed. The following approaches to the consideration of the concept of readiness are defined: functional-psychological, personal, activity-based. Based on the components of readiness identified by the researchers, it can be assumed that the structure of professional self-determination of the future specialist contains motivational, cognitive and activity components. Self-determination is defined as a multidimensional process that can be considered from different points of view: as a series of tasks, that society sets for the emerging individual, and which the individual must solve in a certain period. As a process of step-by-step decision-making, with the help of which the individual forms a balance between his desires and inclinations, on the one hand, and the needs of society, on the other; as a process of forming an individual lifestyle, part of which is professional activity. A number of tasks of professional self-determination of a future specialist in the information society are formulated. Diagnostic practices for determining the degree of readiness of future specialists for future professional success are characterized. Practices are developed as a basis for creating an individually oriented correctional and development program to promote the formation of future specialists' focus on future professional success. Their task is to ensure control over the dynamics of this process, assess the effectiveness of this career guidance work. Practices are aimed at identifying the degree of thorough knowledge of the conditions for achieving professional success in the chosen field of activity among future specialists.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.
