The aim of this study was to examine the process of organizing the police uniform system in the latter period of the Meiji era in Japan, and explain the characteristics of the costume system based on literary research focusing on laws and regulations. Through an examination of each and every costume system, it was found that in 1890, the Japanese police uniform was given a more “glamorous” appearance than the previous uniform, and that the roles of patterns of the national flag of Japan were expanded to indicate grades. The types of costume were increased due to the organization of a formal wear system, and a method of manufacturing costumes and insignia was defined based on specific regulations on uniforms. In the case of the police uniform in 1896, the formal uniform was distinguished from ordinary clothes to organize the formal wear system and introduce functional design to jackets and hats. In addition, regulations on the uniform were systematized on the strength of the addition of an auxiliary costume and the suggestion of a method of production and size. In terms of police uniforms in 1908, those worn by police officials in the Japanese Policy Agency and policemen had unity in terms of laws and regulations and design, and their design became simplified as a whole. Mark-based indication of grades changed into pattern-based indication of grades, and cherry blossom patterns reappeared. The laws and regulations that aimed to define uniforms were more systematized, and they were maintained until their comprehensive modification in 1946. The police uniform system that had been organized to some extent in the first part of the Meiji era was restructured and modified to suit the police of that time, and a modern police uniform system was derived in the latter half of the Meiji era.
Radiative seesaw model with degenerate Majorana dark matter
Nomura, Takaaki,Okada, Hiroshi,Orikasa, Yuta American Physical Society 2016 Physical Review D Vol.93 No.11

We study a three-loop-induced neutrino mass model with exotic vectorlike isospin doublet leptons which contain a dark matter candidate. Then we explore lepton flavor violations and dark matter physics in a coannihilation system. In this paper, the nearly degenerate Majorana fermion dark matter can naturally be achieved at the two-loop level, while the mass splitting can be larger than O (200) keV which is required from the constraint of the direct detection search with spin-independent inelastic scattering through the Z-boson portal. As a result, a monochromatic photon excess, with threshold energy greater than O(200) keV, is predicted in our model and could be measured through indirect detection experiments such as INTEGRAL.

SU(2)Lseptet scalar linking to a radiative neutrino model
Nomura, Takaaki,Okada, Hiroshi,Orikasa, Yuta American Physical Society 2016 Physical Review D Vol.94 No.5

We study a radiative neutrino model with a SU(2) septet scalar with hypercharge Y = 2 where active neutrino mass is induced at a one-loop level. Calculating a one-loop diagram, mass matrices for an active neutrino are derived. We also analyze lepton flavor violations, the anomalous magnetic moment of a muon, and the flavor-violating Higgs decay h -> mu tau. Then, sizable muon g - 2 and similar to 1% of BR(h -> mu tau) could be obtained in our setup. Furthermore, the collider signature of the septet is discussed, and we focus on the quadratically charged scalar at the LHC 14 TeV. We find that it could be discovered up to 1.5 TeV mass by searching multicharged lepton signal events.

Generalized Zee-Babu model with 750 GeV diphoton resonance
Nomura, T.,Okada, H. North-Holland Pub. Co 2016 Physics letters. Section B Vol.756 No.-
We propose a generalized Zee-Babu model with a global U(1) B-L symmetry, in which we classify the model in terms of the number of the hypercharge N/2 of the isospin doublet exotic charged fermions. Corresponding to each of the number of N, we need to introduce some multiply charged bosons in order to make the exotic fields decay into the standard model fields. We also discuss the muon anomalous magnetic moment and the diphoton excess depending on N, and we show what kind of models are in favor of these phenomenologies.
Four-loop neutrino model inspired by diphoton excess at 750 GeV
Nomura, Takaaki,Okada, Hiroshi North-Holland Pub. Co 2016 Physics letters. Section B Vol.755 No.-

Abstract

We propose a four-loop induced radiative neutrino mass model inspired by the diphoton excess at 750 GeV recently reported by ATLAS and CMS, in which a sizable diphoton excess is obtained via photon fusion introducing multi doubly-charged scalar bosons. Also we discuss the muon anomalous magnetic moment, and a dark matter candidate. The main process to explain the observed relic density relies on the final state of the new particle at 750 GeV. Finally we show the numerical results and obtain allowed region of several physical values in our model.
