최근 통합교육의 확산에 따라 일반학급에서 교육을 받고 있는 장애학생의 개별화 교육과 교사 수행능력에 대한 사회적 관심과 기대가 커지고 있다. 특히 학교 현장에서는, 장애학생의 특성과 요구에 따라 교육적 지원의 범위와 방법을 결정하는 교사의 개별화교육계획안 작성과 운영을 위한 교사 연수 프로그램의 개선과 평가가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현장의 요구를 반영하는 교사 연수 프로그램의 개발과 적용을 목적으로 선행연구와 문헌분석을 통해 연구자가 개발한 KEFF(Kooperative Erstellung und Fortschreibung individueller Förderpläne, 협력적 접근을 통한 개별화교육계획의 구안과 실행) 연수 프로그램의적용과 그 효과를 실제로 KEFF 연수에 참여한 교사인식을 중심으로 알아보았다. 연구대상은 KEFF 연수에 참가한 교사 총 72명이었다. 교사들은 통합교육을 실시하고 있는 독일(N=26)과 룩셈부르크(N=46)의 일반학교 통합학급(projekt klasse)교사와 특수교사 그리고 교내 관련전문가들(교육심리학자, 상담사, 치료사)로 구성되었으며, 한 학교에서 최소 2명 이상의 교사(및 관련 전문가)가 연수에 참여하였다. KEFF 연수 프로그램의 적용과 효과에 대한 교 인식은 자기보고식 4점 척도 검사지를 사용하여 다음과 같이 다섯 가지 측면에서 평가하였다: 교수내용, 교수방법, 교수환경, 교수자 그리고 교수효과. 연구결과 교사들은 위에서 언급한 다섯 가지 측면에서 KEFF 연수 프로그램이 효과적(모두 평균 3점 이상)이라고 보고하였다. 특히 교사들은 교수방법적 측면(4점)을 KEFF의 강점으로 인식하는 것으로 보고하였다. 결론적으로 교사들은 KEFF 연수를 통해 본인들이 학교에서의 개별화교육계획의 작성과 운영 실제에 효과를 보았다고 보고하였다. Im Zuge der Inklusion und der gemeinsamen Unterrichtung von Schülern mit und ohne Behinderung ist die Förderplanung eine sehr wichtige Aufgabe von Lehrkräften aller Schularten geworden, denn mit ihr wird die Förderung geplant und so eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Sie ist bislang aber kaum in der allgemeinen Lehrerausbildung verankert und somit kann ein hoher Fortbildungsbedarf festgestellt werden, sodass die Entwicklung eines Lehrertrainings notwendig erscheint. Aus diesem Grund ist ausgehend von einem ausführlichen Literaturreview ein Training zur Vermittlung der Förderplanung entwickelt und evaluiert worden. Dieser Beitrag stellt die Methode KEFF, die Inhalte des Trainings und die Ergebnisse der Evaluation vor, wobei die Bewertung der Teilnehmer im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung steht. Das Training ist entsprechend der vier Level nach Kirkpatrick evaluiert worden, die Ergebnisse der ersten Stufe zur Wahrnehmung des Trainings durch die Teilnehmer(N=72) werden in diesem Beitrag detailliert vorgestellt. Auf einer vier-stufigen Skala erhalten alle Aspekte Mittelwerte über 3. Die Methoden werden teilweise sogar mit einem Mittelwert von 4 bewertet. Entsprechend können sowohl die Inhalte als auch die gesamte Trainingskonzeption als sehr erfolgreich eingestuft werden. Das in diesem Beitrag vorgestellte Training ist zeitlich und inhaltlich umfangreich. Dennoch verweisen die dargestellten Ergebnisse darauf, dass genau dieser Umstand zu einem hohen Lernerfolg beiträgt und einen Transfer der Inhalte in den Schulalltag unterstützt.

Doubled haploid technologies have become key tools for plant breeding. Using these techniques, the speed and efficiency of plant improvement processes can be significantly enhanced. Anther culture-based technologies have the potential to regenerate large numbers of doubled haploid plants without colchicine treatment. In an attempt to elucidate the influence of phytohormones on non-directly induced chromosome doubling, two synthetic auxins, 2,4-D and centrophenoxine, were tested in a wheat anther culture approach. Whereas the induction of androgenic embryo-like structures (ELSs) was efficient for both auxins, we observed a significantly higher frequency of chromosome doubling when using 2,4-D than when using centrophenoxine. When 2,4-D was added to the induction medium, a positive correlation between the size of ELSs and their ploidy level was detected by flow cytometry. The morphological selection of ELSs, a process that was included in routine operations of the method without significantly extending the input of time and effort, facilitates the production of fertile DH plants with a frequency of 60 %. Our findings may contribute to a more efficient production of doubled haploid wheat plants using a colchicine-free anther culture approach.

Lehrerbildung für Inklusion in Deutschland

이 연구는 UN-장애인권리협약 이후 교육체제의 개혁과 맞물려 쟁점이 되고 있는 독일의 ‘통합교육을 위한 교사교육’의 최근 논의 동향과 향후 과제를 고찰하였다. 독일은 한국과 같은 해인 2009년 UN-장애인권리협약(UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention)이 발효 되었으며, 독일 정부는 비준국의 의무에 따라 협약이행 영역이 제시된 국가실행계획안(Nationler Aktionsplan)을 발표하였다. 이 가운데 학교교육체제 영역은 UN-장애인권리협약의 완전통합교육 원칙에 따라 지금까지의 독일 학교체제와 달리 통합교육의 도입이 보편화 되면서 개혁의 중점에 서게 되었다. 최근 독일 교육계에서는 이러한 통합교육 정책에 따른 학제개혁과 맞물려 교사교육의 제도적 개편이 쟁점으로 부각되고 있다. 특히, 국가실행계획안의 목표 및 절차 구성과 관련하여 정부발주 프로젝트의 일환으로 2013년 개최된 정부주최 국내 컨퍼런스(주제-“통합은 전문성이 요구된다”)에서 교사교사육 정책에 관한 6개의 다양한 전문가 소견(Expertise)이 발표되었는데, 공통적으로 질적 통합교육 실행을 위한 교사양성제도와 교사요인에 주목하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 이 연구에서는 첫째, UN-장애인권리협약 이후 독일의 통합교육과 교사교육제도의 동향에 대해 살펴보고 둘째, 최근 독일에서 논의되고 있는 통합교육을 위한 교사교육제도 개편의 쟁점을 전문가의 소견들을 중심으로 공통점과 차이점을 비교 분석하여 보았다. In Deutschland zog die Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention eine ausführliche Diskussion nach sich, die politisch in einen Nationalen Aktionsplan mündete. Die schulische Bildung ist ein großer Handlungsbereich in diesem Aktionsplan, für den einige Ziele und Maßnahmen formuliert sind. Eine Maßnahme stellt die Veranstaltung einer Nationalen Konferenz dar, die im Juni 2013 in Berlin veranstaltet wurde. In Vorbereitung auf diese Maßnahme wurde ein Gutachten zur Lehrerbildung für Inklusion in Deutschland in Auftrag gegeben, dessen Grundlage insgesamt sechs Expertisen waren. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird nicht nur der Weg von der Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention aufgezeigt, sondern auch zwei der sechs Expertisen für den schulischen Bereich gegenübergestellt, da diese die Diskussion um inklusive Bildung in Deutschland abbilden. Abschließend werden Konsequenzen für zukünftige Entwicklungen in diesem Bereich gezogen.
