Experimental assessment (Thermal performance) of two-phase bubble pump solar water heating system

The research goal was to develop a new solar water heater system (SWHS) that used a solar bubble pump instead of an electric pump. The pump was powered by the steam produced from an evacuated tube collector. Therefore, heat could be transferred downward from the collector to a hot water storage tank. The designed system consisted of two sets of heat-pipe evacuated tube collectors, a solar bubble pump installed at an upper level and a water storage tank with a heat exchanger at a lower level. Discharge heads of 1 and 5 m were tested. The bubble pump could operate at the collector temperature of about 90-100oC and vapor gage pressure of 0.8 - 0.9 bar. It was found that water circulation within the SWHS depending on the incident solar intensity and system discharge head. Experimental investigations are conducted to obtain the system thermal efficiencies from the hourly, daily and long-term performance tests. The thermal performance of the proposed system is compared with conventional solar water heaters. Results show that the proposed system achieves system characteristic efficiency 10% higher than that of the conventional systems use electric pump if take the consumption of electric power into account. And the former is a zero carbon system.
Performance evaluation of bubble-pump used in solar water heater system

The application analysis of bubble pump on the domestic solar water heater system is presented. The system investigated in this study is a passive device, self pumping and self regulating. It was test to use the bubble pump on solar water heater system. The test experiment has been taken on the existing vacuum tube about the efficiency, working fluid temperature and pressure and circulated power. In order to check the working temperature and working pressure effectively, the bubble pump was test separated from the solar water heater. The equipment consist of the bubble pump, heater and heat exchanger. The main structure of bubble pump was design depend on the character of two phase flow. The complete system was instrumented to measure pressures, temperatures and flow-rates at various locations. The theory analysis of design bubble pump has been given and the experiment design has been included in the paper.

Examination and Analysis of Language Attrition

In contrast, we made a study of the distinction between language attrition and the phenomenon of "languages disappearance ", which including language transfer, aphasia and Alzheimer's dementia, language endangerment, and forgetting through the five attributes of generations relationship, occurrence mechanism, target groups, influencing factors and existence forms. We found though they are in the same category of "disappearance of languages", it appears a big difference between them by their nature. Meanwhile, we take a contrast for differences. Therefore, dividing "language disappear" into language macroscopic disappear and language microscopic disappear on further.

The phenomenon that language transfer turns into language attrition is seldom concerned by language researchers. From the perspective of theoretical comparison, the two are not the same in the carrier, influencing factors, intergenerational relations and existing form, which is one of the reasons for less attention. In a more than two-year follow-up survey of a subject who has lived in Korea for more than ten years, it is found that the word "Yushun" has successfully replaced the word "Yuxu" (word order) from the subject's mental lexicon, and repeated regression reminders have been made in the study, but the word "yuxu" still shows no sign of regression. To be sure, we can guess and even have reason to believe that if the subject return to their native language environment for a long time in the future, the word "Yuxu" can still regression to their mental lexicon. But unfortunately,in more than two years' follow-up survey, only one case of language transfer transformed into language attrition was found from a large number of corpus. In other words, it is not easy to capture the phenomenon that language transfer turns into language attrition.
Numerical simulation of bubble’s Motion in Vertical Tube

The problem was derived from a simple process in solar water heating system. In a new designed electro less separated system we involved a kind of bubble pump. Beside experiment analysis, numerical simulation of the core of bubble pump is also very important. In this paper we investigated the motion of bubbles in vertical tube in two dimensions. The heat and mass transfer was simulated. The result of numerical simulation give a significant help of optimize design of bubble pump.

The optimal dimension design of core tube inside of bubble pump is presented. The flow regime in this study is vertical tube slug flow. In order to get the optimal performance of bubbles to lift the liquor, by the help of which a target pressure difference was produced for the circulations of working fluid in the system, the analysis both from experiment result and theoretical model were included to design the length and diameter of the core tube in this paper. Additionally, the finally working condition especially the pressure was given to evaluate the optimal design.

Taking the language attitude of Chinese students in Seoul National University as the research goal, the paper makes a deep qualitative study. There are three stages in the study: in the first stage, 50 primary subjects are selected through a questionnaire survey. In the second stage, a multi-dimensional questionnaire survey of language attitude is conducted for several senior subjects. In the third stage, a qualitative interview survey is conducted for senior subjects, aiming to solve the unsolved and doubtful problems in the first two stages. Based on the findings of the three stages, this paper discusses whether language loyalty is equal to language maintenance, whether mother tongue anxiety will occurs, the language identity of multilingual and bilingual.
