In this paper, we studied the reliability test specification development for agricultural tractor using mowing the lawn. To develop the reliability test specification, firstly, we investigated the usage and working conditions of tractor duty mode, weight, working velocity and transmission steps and so on. Usage of tractor is acquired through the investigation of user and working conditions are acquired by the measuring data of the working load. Secondly, we made the test specification of performance, durability using analysis of acquisition data. Developed test specifications were categorized the lab. test and field test, performance and durability. We tested the agricultural tractor performance, durability using developed 62 type test code. We described the test specification development process and test results.

Plastic materials like polycarbonate have increased to adopt as weight reduction material for automotive industry. Specially, with the recent development in coating technology, optical grade polycarbonates are an emerging choice for automotive glazing applications like quarter window, tailgate window, panoramic roof and provide weight reduction up to 50% compared to glass. To use the polycarbonate glazing for automotive. polycarbonate glazing directly connects to the body frame such as SPCC, FRP using adhesives. Connecting mechanism restrains such motions, deformations and allows the panel to partially expand or contract. This paper studies the influence of different material and adhesives about connecting strength of polycarbonate glazing.

In this paper, we studied the power decision methods of driven motor for electric tractor. To decided the electric tractor power, we require to investigate the usage and working conditions of duty mode, weight, working velocity and transmission steps and so on. Usage of tractor is acquired through the investigation of user and working conditions are acquired by the measuring data of the working load. We made the measuring system using telemetry for torque, RPM, Pressure sensors and measured the data of 5 duty mode that was the drive, loader, trailer. rotary and mower. It was the engine output torque, RPM, pressure of transmission in each transmission steps and velocity. We decided the power of electric tractor through the duty analysis of measured data and weight of duty mode load. As a result, the 7Kw driven motor is decided to develop the electric tractor that alternate 17Kw engine tractor.

In this paper, we studied the durability performance evaluation methods of the prototype electric vehicle with limited usage conditions. To perform accelerated durability test, the real usage and some assumed usage conditions are required . The usage load history is regenerated by the combination of measured load history and assumed usage. Regenerated usage load history is compared with the load history of the belgian and standard unfavorable track to make the damage factor and then accelerated durability test velocity and iterations are calculated with damage factor. Based on calculated results, Accelerated durability test is performed the driving target of 20,000㎞ and investigated the safety and performance of the prototype electric vehicle chassis system.
