<P>This study compares and analyzes stereotactic radiotherapy using tomotherapy and linac-based fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy in the treatment of intra-cranial tumors, according to some cases. In this study, linac-based fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy and tomotherapy treatment were administered to five patients diagnosed with intra-cranial cancer in which the dose of 18–20 Gy was applied on 3–5 separate occasions. The tumor dosing was decided by evaluating the inhomogeneous index (II) and conformity index (CI). Also, the radiation-sensitive tissue was evaluated using low dose factors <I>V</I><SUB>1</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>2</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>3</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>4</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>5</SUB>, and <I>V</I><SUB>10</SUB>, as well as the non-irradiation ratio volume (NIV). The values of the II for each prescription dose in the linac-based non-coplanar radiotherapy plan and tomotherapy treatment plan were (0.125±0.113) and (0.090±0.180), respectively, and the values of the CI were (0.899±0.149) and (0.917±0.114), respectively. The low dose areas, <I>V</I><SUB>1</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>2</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>3</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>4</SUB>, <I>V</I><SUB>5</SUB>, and <I>V</I><SUB>10</SUB>, in radiation-sensitive tissues in the linac-based non-coplanar radiotherapy plan fell into the ranges 0.3%−95.6%, 0.1%−87.6%, 0.1%−78.8%, 38.8%-69.9%, 26.6%-65.2%, and 4.2%−39.7%, respectively, and the tomotherapy treatment plan had ranges of 13.6%−100%, 3.5%−100%, 0.4%−94.9%, 0.2%−82.2%, 0.1%−78.5%, and 0.3%−46.3%, respectively. Regarding the NIV for each organ, it is possible to obtain similar values except for the irradiation area of the brain stem. The percentages of NIV 10%, NIV20%, and NIV30%for the brain stem in each patient were 15%−99.8%, 33.4%−100%, and 39.8%−100%, respectively, in the fractionated stereotactic treatment plan and 44.2%-96.5%, 77.7%-99.8%, and 87.8%−100%, respectively, in the tomotherapy treatment plan. In order to achieve higher-quality treatment of intra-cranial tumors, treatment plans should be tailored according to the isodose target volume, inhomogeneous index, conformity index, position of the tumor upon fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery, and radiation dosage for radiation-sensitive tissues.</P>

국가, 공공기관에서 발주하는 공사의 예정가격은 공사의 종류에 따라 거래실례가격, 표준시장단가, 견적가 등으로 산정되며 이중 전기 공사 등의 소규모 공사는 대부분 표준 품셈을 기준으로 산정되고 있다. 이 표준 품셈은 공사비 산정의 기준으로 발주기관과 시공업체의 이익에 직접적으로 연관된 중요한 자료이며, 대한전기협회 주관으로 제·개정 및 관리되고 있다. 하지만, 제·개정 절차는 복잡한 프로세스를 통해 이루어져 객관적이고 신속한 제·개정이 어려우며, 이로 인해 부정확한 공사비 산정을 유발하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 신속·정확한 품셈 제·개정에 도움이 되고자, 품셈 데이터의 분석 및 머신러닝, 딥러닝 기법을 활용하여 신규 공종의 공량을 예측하는 연구를 수행하였다.

본 연구에서는 딸기의 수확단계에서의 생물학적 위해요소를 조사하고 그 결과를 딸기 GAP 모델의 개발을 위한 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 수행하였다. 경남 서부에 소재한 딸기 농장 6곳(토경재배 3곳, 양액재배 3곳)에서 총 216점의 시료를 수집하여 위생지표세균, 병원성 미생물, 그리고 곰팡이에 대해 분석하였다. 일반세균과 대장균군의 경우 토경재배 농장에서는 각각 1.0-6.9와 0.4-4.6 log CFU/g(leaf, mL, hand or 100 ㎠) 수준으로, 양액재배 농장에서는 각각 0.8-4.9 log와 0.2-2.6 log CFU/g(leaf, mL, hand or 100 ㎠)수준으로 검출되었고 대장균은 모든 시료에서 검출되지 않았다. 병원성미생물은 S. aureus가 작업자의 손에서 최대 3.3 log CFU/hand 수준으로 검출되었고, B. cereus가 토양과 작물, 개인위생에서 0.4-4.1 log CFU/g(hand or 100 cm2) 범위로 검출되었으며, L. monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7 및 Salmonella spp.는 검출되지 않았다. 곰팡이는 토경재배 농장과 양액재배 농장 각각 1.0-5.2와 0.2-4.4 log CFU/g(leaf, mL, hand or 100 ㎠) 수준으로 검출되었다. This study assessed hazards at the harvest stage of strawberry farms which may cause risk to humans. A total of 216 samples were collected from 6 strawberry farms (soil culture farms: A, B, C; nutriculture farms: D, E, F) located in Western Gyeongnam. The collected samples were subjected for sanitary indicator bacteria (aerobic plate count, coliforms and Escherichia coli), major foodborne pathogens (E. coli O157:H7, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus), and fungi. The levels of APC and coliform in the soil culture farms were 1.0-6.9 and 0.4-4.6 log CFU/g (leaf, mL, hand or 100 cm2), respectively. The samples obtained from the nutriculture farms were contaminated with the levels of 0.8-4.9, and 0.2-2.6 log CFU/g (leaf, mL, hand or 100 ㎠) of APC and coliform. However, E. coli was not detected in any samples. In major foodborne pathogens, S. aureus was detected at the level of ≤3.3 log CFU/hand in workers’ hand samples and B. cereus was detected at the levels of 0.4-4.1 log CFU/g (hand or 100 ㎠) in soil, plants and workers’ hygiene. L. monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella spp. were not detected. Fungi were detected at the levels of 1.0-5.2 and 0.2-4.4 log CFU/g (leaf, mL, hand or 100 ㎠) in soil culture and nutriculture farms, respectively.

We report two cases of adrenal abscesses that occurred following a Histoacryl(R) (N-butyl-2-cyanocrylate) injection for variceal bleeding. Patients had been diagnosed with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and gastric varices bleeding and received a Histoacryl(R) injection for the variceal bleeding. Patients had fever and abdominal tenderness and were diagnosed with an adrenal abscess at 2 months following the Histoacryl(R) injection. One patient received open drainage and the other underwent percutaneous drainage. When a patient has previously been injected with Histoacryl(R) for the treatment of variceal bleeding and presents with fever, an evaluation for an unusual complication such as adrenal abscess is recommended. <P>In this paper, a 3-D NAND Flash memory array having multiple single-crystal Si nanowires is investigated. Device structure and fabrication process are described including the electrical isolation of stacked nanowires. Numerical simulation results focused on NAND Flash memory operation are delivered. Devices and array with stacked bit lines are fabricated, and memory characteristics such as program/erase select gate operation are measured. Array scheme is also discussed for the high-density bit-cost scalable 3-D stacked bit-line NAND Flash memory application.</P>
Interpretation of Agronomic Traits Variation of Sesame Cultivar Using Principal Component Analysis

This study was conducted to evaluate the growth characters and yield components of 18 collected sesame cultivars to get basic information on the variation for the sesame breeding using principal component analysis. All characters except days to flowering, days to maturity and 1,000 seed weight showed significantly different. Seed weight per 10 are showed higher coefficient of variance. Capsule bearing stem length and liter weight showed positive correlation with seed yield per 10 are. The principal components analysis grouped the estimated sesame cultivars into four main components which accounted for 83.7% of the total variation at the eigenvalue and its contribution to total variation obtained from principal component analysis. The first principal component ($Z_1$) was applicable to increase plant height, capsule bearing stem length and 1,000-seed weight. The second principal component ($Z_2$) negatively correlated with days to flowering and maturity by which it was applicable to shorten flowering and maturity date of sesame. At the scatter diagram, Yangbaek, Ansan, M1, M2, M4, M7 and M9 were classified as same group, but M10, Yanghuk, Kanghuk, M5, M6, M12 and M13 were classified as different group. This results would be helpful for sesame breeder to understand genetic relationship of some agronomic characters and select promising cross lines for the development of new sesame variety.
Genotype-by-Environment Interaction in Yield of Sesame

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of genotypes, environments and interaction of G$\times$E on yields of sesame grown in seven different environments by AMMI analysis. Environments accounted for the largest (91 %) proportion of the sums of squares, followed by G$\times$E (8%) and genotypes (1%) Therefore, G$\times$E effects are theoretically eight times as important as G effects. G2 (Yanghukkae) has the largest IPCAI scores indicating higher G$\times$E interaction. G3 (Suwon 171) was near zero score of IPCAI suggesting higher stability than others in yield component. Most of environments except for Iksan area shows different G$\times$E effects by years, which means Iksan is optimal area for multi-environmental adaptation evaluation in sesame breeding programs. According to this experiment, it is concluded that maximization of grain yield through environments can be achieved by specific genotypes in specific environments.
Metal-insulator transition and the role of electron correlation in FeO2

<P>Iron oxide is a key compound to understand the state of the deep Earth. It has been believed that previously known oxides such as FeO and Fe2O3 will be dominant at the mantle conditions. However, the recent observation of FeO2 shed another light to the composition of the deep lower mantle (DLM), and thus understanding of the physical properties of FeO2 will be critical to model the DLM. Here, we report the electronic structure and structural properties of FeO2 by using density functional theory and dynamic mean-field theory. The crystal structure of FeO2 is composed of Fe2+ and O-2(2-) dimers, where the Fe ions are surrounded by the octahedral O atoms. We found that FeO2 shows a metal-insulator transition (MIT) under high pressure. The MIT is not a Mott type but a band insulator type which is driven by the O-2 dimer bond length change. However, the correlation effect of Fe 3d orbitals should be considered to correctly describe O-2 dimer bond length of FeO2 and the MIT.</P>
