      • 服飾에 있어서 紫色에 對한 一考察 : 古代 中國 服飾을 中心으로

        In this paper, we studied on symbolic conceptions and the order of value of colors in the ancient China. In the society of ancient China, there was a value system which the five primary colors being matched to the five elements, were placed at upper positions and the intermidiate colors being formed by the sum of some primary colors were placed at the lower. Purple, as it was called a secondary color, was placed at the lower position but it became to represent divinity with raising the thoughts of the Taoist and with the combination of the meanings of Purple Palace on which TAI-IL of the Taoist, that is, the highest one of gods dwelt. Accordingly, purple became a color of favor and loft in the Lu, the color of the ribbon of the seal(綬) in the era of Han, a color of the trousers and lined clothes at the matial time of the Northern and Southern Dynasties of Wui, Chin and a color of the highest minister's clothes in Su, Dang dynasty. Therefore if the five primary colors are symbolized as colors of the Confucian we can regard purple as a color of the Taoist.

        Les tissu d'art sont represente´s les collections par des pie`ces de genres tre`s differents. On range sous cette denomination les e´toffes decore´es par le itssage, par l'impression a` la planche ou par la pienture, les broderips, les dentelles, les tapisseries et les tapis. Un des caracte´res les plus frappants de l'art byzantin, c'est qu'il s'est inspire´ de la tradition greco-romaine et de la tradition orientale. Quand le triomphe de l'eglise fut assure par la protection impe´riale, les formes exte´rieures de l'iconographie chre´tienne se rapproche´rent tressensiblement des mode´les venus de la Gre´te´ constriuite du pagnisme et celle des vieilles mythologies asiatiques. L'influence greco-romaine, celle de la Parse, de l'Egypte et de la Syrie, celle de le´gendes chre´tiennes et des dogmes religieux se retrouverant dans le de´cor des tissus fabrique´s par les ateliers byzantins.

      • EMC Safety Margin Verification for GEO-KOMPSAT Pyrotechnic Systems

        Pyrotechnic initiators provide a source of pyrotechnic energy used to initiate a variety of space mechanisms. Pyrotechnic systems build in electromagnetic environment that may lead to critical or catastrophic hazards. Special precautions are need to prevent a pulse large enough to trigger the initiator from appearing in the pyrotechnic firing circuits at any but the desired time. The EMC verification shall be shown by analysis or test that the pyrotechnic systems meets the requirements of inadvertent activation. The MIL-STD-1576 and two range safeties, AFSPC and CSG, require the safety margin for electromagnetic potential hazards to pyrotechnic systems to a level at least 20 dB below the maximum no-fire power of the EED. The PC23 is equivalent to NASA standard initiator and the 1EPWH100 squib is ESA standard initiator. This paper verifies the two safety margins for electromagnetic potential hazards. The first is verified by analyzing against a RF power. The second is verified by testing against a DC current. The EMC safety margin requirement against RF power has been demonstrated through the electric field coupling analysis in differential mode with 21 dB both PC23 and 1EPWH100, and in common mode with 58 dB for PC23 and 48 dB for 1EPWH100 against the maximum no-fire power of the EED. Also, the EMC safety margin requirement against DC current has been demonstrated through the electrical isolation test for the pyrotechnic firing circuits with greater than 20 dB below the maximum no-fire current of the EED.

      • Hot Firing Test of a Quadrature NEA SSD9103S1 Configuration

        The NEA release mechanism is used to provide restraint and release functions with low shock for critical deployment operations on solar arrays after launch. The GK3 solar array consists of 2 wings and 6 hold down points per panel. The NEA SSD9103S1 is a part of the GK3 solar array hold-down and release mechanism. Each NEA unit is equipped with two Z-diodes which provide power to a NEA unit connected in series after actuation of the fuse wire. This paper presents the hot firing test results of a quadrature NEA SSD9103S1 configuration. One output powers a maximum of 4 NEA SSD9103S1 units simultaneously. The necessary actuation pulse duration has been determined to meet margin requirement for thermal energy of minimum 4. Actuation thermal energy difference is about 6.6% between each half of two fired serial NEAs. Thermal energy margin at worst case is minimum 5.9 in case of an actuation pulse duration of 500 ms. Two series Zener impedance depend on current applied has been characterized by an additional actuation after all fuse wires are open circuit. Total number of actuation commands to the GK3 NEA unit reduce drastically from 24 in case of single NEA configuration down to 8 in case of parallel and quadrature NEA configurations. It can be accommodated by the existing HP2U Pyro design without any impact.

      • Over-expression of a seed specific hevein-like antimicrobial peptide from Pharbitis nil enhances resistance to a fungal pathogen in transgenic tobacco plants

        Two hevein-like peptides from the seed of Pharbitis nil, designated Pharbitis nil antimicrobial peptide 1 (Pn-AMP1) and Pn-AMP2, had been purified previously. Both exhibit potent in vitro antifungal activity against a broad spectrum of phytopathogenic fungi. We now report the isolation of two cDNA clones, designated pnAMP-h1 and pnAMP-h2, and the corresponding genomic clones encoding these protein suggests that the peptides are produced as a prepropeptide consisting of and N-terminal signal peptide, the mature protein and C-terminal domains. The transcripts of the two genes are accumulated seed-specifically, and the maximum transcripts are observed in the mid-to-late stage of seed development. Constitutive over-expression of the pnAMP-h2 cDNA in transgenic tobacco under the control of the cauliflower mosaic virus 35S promoter conferred enhanced resistance against the oomycete Phytophthora parasitica, the causal agent of black shank disease.         Triple Junction GAGET2-ID2 Solar Cell Degradation by Solar Proton Events

        거의 모든 우주 환경에서 태양전지 열화는 양성자에 의해 좌우된다. 정지궤도는 전자 방사선 벨트에 위치하지만 태양 이벤트에서 방출된 양성자는 여전히 태양전지 열화의 주된 요소이다. 2010년 6월 26일 천리안 1호가 발사된 이후로, 2012년 1월 23일에서 29일 그리고 2012년 3월 7일에서 14일에 다년 평균 관측 수준의 약 30배 이상의 플루언스를 갖는 양성자 이벤트가 관측되었다. 본 논문은 2012년 1월과 3월에 발생한 태양 양성자 이벤트에 의해 감시 셀의 개방회로 전압(Voc)과 션트 스위치에 연결된 한 섹션의 단락회로 전류(Isc)에 대한 태양전지 열화에 대해 연구한다. 태양전지의 성능을 평가하기 위해 전압과 전류의 비행 데이터는 온도, 지구-태양 거리, 태양 각도로 보정한 후 임무 초기 태양전지 특성과 비교한다. Voc 전압은 2012년 1월 양성자 이벤트 이전과 비교하여 2012년 3월 양성자 이벤트 이후에 약 23.6mV 감소되었다. 감소된 Voc 전압은 임무 초기값 2575mV에 대해 1% 미만이다. Isc 전류는 예상대로 2012년 3월 양성자 이벤트에서 무시할 정도로 감소되었다. In nearly all space environments, the solar cell degradation is dominated by protons[1]. Even through a GEO orbit lines in the electron radiation belts, the protons emitted from any solar event will still dominate the degradation[1]. Since COMS launch on June 26 2010, the proton events with the fluence of more than approximately 30 times the average level of perennial observations were observed between January 23 - 29 2012 and March 07 - 14 2012[16]. This paper studies the solar cell degradation by solar proton events in January and March 2012 for the open circuit voltage(Voc) of a witness cell and the short circuit current(Isc) of a section connected to a shunt switch. To evaluate the performance of solar cell, the flight data of voltage and current are corrected to the temperature, the Earth-Sun distance and the Sun angle and then compare with the solar cell characteristics at BOL. The Voc voltage dropped about 23.6mV compare after the March 2012 proton events to before the January 2012 proton events. The Voc voltage dropped less than 1% at BOL, which is 2575mV. The Isc current decreased negligible, as expected, in the March 2012 proton events.

      • Electrical Interfaces Compatibility Analysis for the COMS EPS

        The COMS(Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) EPS(Electrical Power Subsystem) is derived from an enhanced Eurostar 3000. The COMS EPS can offer a bus power capability of 3 ㎾ [1]. The aim of this analysis is to verify the electrical compatibility of the interfaces which exist between COMS EPS equipments and external equipments. For each interface, this study checked the compatibility between equipments for the power links, commands, digital telemetry, analog telemetry and failure condition. In addition with this interface compatibility verification, this study outputs electrical and manufacturing constraints to be applied at harness level.
