The Effect of Plyometric Training on Physical Fitness and IGF-Ⅰin Middle-School Soccer Player

The aim of this study is to design a pelvic airbag cushion system for absorbing falling impact energy. The American National Safety Council announced that 50.7% of accidental household fatalities were old people. In Korea, persons above sixty years old encountered more accidents than persons below sixty, too. From the analysis of old people`s accidents in Korea, 55.3 percent of accidents were falls and slips, 7.5 percent were conflicts, and 4.5 percent were getting cut or being torn by an object. The result shows the importance of old people`s injury prevention from falls or slips. Old people`s characteristics for falling were identified to develop a product to prevent old people`s injury from falling. Design directions considering old people`s characteristics for falling were proposed for the design. Finally, design of the pelvic airbag cushion system for absorbing falling impact energy was developed
충북 수송기계소재부품산업 통계분석을 통한 기업지원영역 연구

본 2018년 충청북도의 주력산업은 스마트 IT 부품, 바이오 헬스, 수송기계 소재부품 산업이다. 수송기계 소재부품산업은 기계 분야에서 미래형 수송 수단 관련 친환경 및 지능형 핵심 원천기술에 해당한다. 이 산업을 육성하기 위하여 기업지원 사업이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업지원 중 기술지원 사업의 대상과 방향을 설정하기 위하여 충북지역의 해당기업의 업체 수, 종업원 수, 출하액, 부가가치 액을 수송기계 소재부품 산업의 전방 산업과 후방 산업으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 특히 50인 미만의 중소기업체에 대하여 기업의 창설이후 업력에 따른 업체 당 부가가치 변화를 분석하여 지원 대상 기업군을 설정하였다. 후방 산업의 경우, 창업 3년 이내의 업체의 부가가치 액은 연도 별로 점점 낮아지고 있어 창업 초기에 기술지원이 필요하다. 5~9년 사이의 업체는 연도 별로 극심한 변화 추세를 보이고 있어 사업 다각화 또는 신규 아이템 발굴을 위한 지원이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. The main industries in Chungcheongbuk-do are the smart IT parts; bio-health; and transportation machinery, materials and parts. The transportation, machinery, materials and parts (TMMP) industry is a key source technology for environmentally friendly and intelligent vehicles related to future vehicles in the machinery sector. Business support projects to improve this industry are currently underway. In this study, the number of enterprises, number of employees, amount of shipment, and added value of the enterprises in Chungbuk area were analyzed for the downstream and rear industries of the transportation, machinery, materials, and parts industry to set targets and directions for the technical support projects during the enterprise support. In particular, for the SMEs with less than 50 employees, the changes in the value added per enterprise were analyzed according to the period from the year of foundation. In the case of the rear industry, the value added by companies within three years after foundation has decreased gradually each year, so technical support is needed at the beginning of the startup. Companies between the ages of five and nine years are showing a fluctuating trend each year. Therefore, it is necessary to support business diversification or find new items.
유한요소법과 반응표면법을 이용한 경량 맨홀 커버 구조 최적화 설계

The locking load of a conventional manhole depends on the weight of its cover. Locking-type manhole structures with a special locking mechanism were recently developed to prevent accidents such as stolen cover, away cover from a frame. The weight of the manhole structure can be reduced under structural safety because the locking force of a locking-type manhole is greater than the weight of the cover. A light-weight manhole cover is developed in this study by using a finite element stress analysis and the design of experiments. Static stress analysis and fracture experiments are also conducted to analyze the states of the initial product. The optimum light-weight manhole cover considering manufacturing molds is developed and tested. Consequently, the weight was found to reduce by 16%. In addition, the fracture load increased by 38%.

This paper is concerned with deformation analysis of diaphragm-type air springs for railway vehicles, which consist of six layered nylon fiber-reinforced rubber composite, rubber linings and steel wire bead parts. The analysis has been carried out with a finite element code developed to consider the orthotropic properties of fiber-reinforced rubber lamina, geometric non-linearity by large deformation, and contact between an air bag and a bead ring. The analysis provides vertical spring characteristics of an air spring, which are the variation of the vertical force, the volume of an air bag and the internal pressure with respect to the vertical deflection.
