Continuous development is the key of development issue in developing nations. Smart city measurement is prevalently carried through in the cities in which the nations have been classified as industrialized countries. In addition, cities in Europe becomes the models of smart city system. Smart city concept used in the cities in Europe applies six predominant features i.e. smart economic, smart mobility, smart environment, smart people, smart living, and smart governance. This paper focuses on figuring out city' development strategy in developing nations particularly Indonesia in regard with European Framework by way of Multi Expert Multi Criterion Decision Making (ME-MCDM). Recommendation is resulted from the tests using the data collected from one of the metropolis cities in Indonesia, whereby issuing recommendation must firstly implement smart education, secondly communication, thirdly smart government, and fourthly smart health, as well as simultaneously implement smart energy and smart mobility.

Background: Minimally invasive surgery is already at the forefront in all surgical specialties, including cosmetic surgery. Hence, we have adapted and modified our technique to offer a short-scar facelift with minimal tissue dissection and manipulation to surgically rejuvenate the aging face. Objective: This study aimed to surgically address the aging face and neck by employing this modified short-scar rhytidectomy with minimal dissection, manipulation, and using the correct vector suited for Asian faces as an alternative and innovative surgical procedure. Methods: We performed this short-scar facelift by combining the malar fad pad suspension and lamellar low superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS) excision Results: From 2015 to 2017, we have performed 51 facelift procedures with our modification, with 8 men and 43 women, with a mean age of 64.30 years (range, 50-78 years). Of the 51 patients, 29 patients (56.86%) had regular follow-ups. Three complications were noted. One developed post-operative hematoma. The other developed seroma formation. The third developed split thickness skin necrosis. Majority of our patients were satisfied with the results. Conclusion: This combined malar fat pad suspension and lamellar low SMAS excision technique is a simple, safe, and effective alternative procedure for facelift. Level of Evidence: V

<P>Achieving high critical current density (<I>J</I> <SUB>c</SUB>) under a high magnetic field in Fe based superconductors is indispensable for practical applications. Here we report that high critical current density over 1 MA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> in high field (13 T) can be achieved in BaZrO<SUB>3</SUB> (BZO) incorporated Ba(Fe,Co)<SUB>2</SUB>As<SUB>2</SUB> (Co-Ba122) thin film grown on CaF<SUB>2</SUB> substrate using pulsed laser deposition. The magnetization <I>J</I> <SUB>c</SUB> of Co-Ba122 thin film incorporated with 2 mol.% BZO reaches 1.3 MA cm<SUP>−2</SUP> (<I>H</I>ǁ<I>c</I>, 13 T and 4.2 K), 14 times higher than that of pure Co-Ba122 thin film. Transmission electron microscopy observation revealed that BZO forms nanorods of ∼4 nm in average diameter with mean separation of 10–11 nm which corresponds to a matching field of about 17–20 T. Incorporating BZO in Co-Ba122 thin films led to a strong vortex pinning effect and a significant enhancement of <I>J</I> <SUB>c</SUB> because a high density of BZO nanorods could form in the superconducting matrix without significant degradation of <I>T</I> <SUB>c</SUB>, and the diameter of BZO nanorods is approximately twice the coherence length of Co-Ba122 (<I>ξ</I> <SUB>ab</SUB>(0) ∼ 2.5 nm) which is the optimal size as pinning centers.</P>

국내 포유자돈과 이유자돈의 풍토성 바이러스성 설사의 예찰 (2004∼2009)

Although several enteric viral pathogens including the porcine groups A, B and C rotaviruses (PGARV, PGBRV, and PGCRV), sapovirus (PSaV), and torovirus (PToV) are known to cause endemic diarrheas in weaning and post-weaning piglets, their precise prevalence in Korea is not clear. Therefore, we examined 1,222 diarrhea stools obtained from 627 farms during 2004~2009 by RT-PCR and/or nested PCR for evaluating their precise prevalence in Korea. PGARV was the predominant pathogen during 2004~2007 but its prevalence was markedly reduced during 2008~2009. PGBRV infections caused endemic diarrhea during 2004~2007, but was hardly detected during 2008-2009. PGCRV was detected at 27.0%, 14.5%, 42.4%, 28.8%, 7.3%, and 54.2% during each year of 2004~2009, respectively, indicating its high prevalence in Korea throughout the years. PSaV induced with high prevalence (32.4-39.2%) during 2004~2005 but its detection rate was markedly decreased during 2006~2009. PToV caused sporadic infections only during 2006 (1.0%) and 2007 (6.9%). These enteric viruses were detected in diarrhea specimens in piglets usually in combination with each other and/or together with bacterial pathogens including the Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp., Brachispira hyodysenteriae, and Lawsonia intracellularis. Infections with PGARV, PGCRV, PSaV, and PToV were more prevalent in fecal samples collected in cold seasons. These results provide important epidemiological data for the control and establishment of a surveillance system for the prevailing enteric viruses in Korea.
