Highly crystalline, uniform Fe nanoparticles were successfully synthesized and encapsulated in zirconia shell using sol-gel process. Two different approaches have been employed for the coating of Fe nanoparticle with zirconia. The thickness of zirconia shell can be readily controlled by altering molar ratio of Fe nanoparticle core to zirconia precursor in the first case where as reaction time was found to be most effective parameter to controlled the shell thickness in the second method. The structure and magnetic properties of the ZrO2-coated Fe nanoparticles were studied. TEM and HRTEM images show a typical core/shell structure in which spherical α-iron crystal sized of ~25 nm is surrounded by amorphous ZrO2 coating layer. TGA study showed an evidence of weight loss of less than 2% over the temperature range of 50-500 °C. The nanoparticles are basically in ferromagnetic state and their magnetic properties depend strongly on annealing temperature. The thermal treatment carried out in as-prepared sample resulted in reduction of coercivity and an increase in saturation magnetization. X-ray diffraction experiments on the samples after annealing at 400-600 °C indicate that the size of the Fe@ZrO2 particles is increased slightly with increasing annealing temperature, indicating the ZrO2 coating layer is effective to interrupt growing of iron particle according to heat treatment.
KENMOTSU MANIFOLDS SATISFYING THE FISCHER-MARSDEN EQUATION

The present paper deals with the study of Fischer-Marsden conjecture on a Kenmotsu manifold. It is proved that if a Kenmotsu metric satisfies 𝔏<sup>*</sup><sub>g</sub>(λ) = 0 on a (2n + 1)-dimensional Kenmotsu manifold M<sup>2n+1</sup>, then either ξλ = -λ or M<sup>2n+1</sup> is Einstein. If n = 1, M<sup>3</sup> is locally isometric to the hyperbolic space H<sup>3</sup> (-1).
RIEMANNIAN MANIFOLDS WITH A SEMI-SYMMETRIC METRIC P-CONNECTION

We define a class of semi-symmetric metric connection on a Riemannian manifold for which the conformal, the projective, the concircular, the quasi conformal and the m-projective curvature tensors are invariant. We also study the properties of semisymmetric, Ricci semisymmetric and Eisenhart problems for solving second order parallel symmetric and skew-symmetric tensors on the Riemannian manifolds equipped with a semi-symmetric metric P-connection.

The aim of the present paper is to study the Eisenhart problems of finding the properties of second order parallel tensors (symmetric and skew-symmetric) on a 3-dimensional LCS-manifold. We also investigate the properties of Ricci solitons, Ricci semisymmetric, locally ${\phi}$-symmetric, ${\eta}$-parallel Ricci tensor and a non-null concircular vector field on $(LCS)_3$-manifolds.
Measurement of missing video frames in NPP control room monitoring system using Kalman filter

Using the Kalman filtering technique, we propose a novel method for estimating the missing video frames to monitor the activities inside the control room of a nuclear power plant (NPP). The purpose of this study is to reinforce the existing security and safety procedures in the control room of an NPP. The NPP control room serves as the nervous system of the plant, with instrumentation and control systems used to monitor and control critical plant parameters. Because the safety and security of the NPP control room are critical, it must be monitored closely by security cameras in order to assess and reduce the onset of any incidents and accidents that could adversely impact the safety of the NPP. However, for a variety of technical and administrative reasons, continuous monitoring may be interrupted. Because of the interruption, one or more frames of the video may be distorted or missing, making it difficult to identify the activity during this time period. This could endanger overall safety. The demonstrated Kalman filter model estimates the value of the missing frame pixel-by-pixel using information from the frame that occurred in the video sequence before it and the frame that will occur in the video sequence after it. The results of the experiment provide evidence of the effectiveness of the algorithm.
A review of missing video frame estimation techniques for their suitability analysis in NPP

The application of video processing techniques are useful for the safety of nuclear power plants bytracking the people online on video to estimate the dose received by staff during work in nuclear plants. Nuclear reactors remotely visually controlled to evaluate the plant's condition using video processingtechniques. Internal reactor components should be frequently inspected but in current scenario howeverinvolves human technicians, who review inspection videos and identify the costly, time-consuming andsubjective cracks on metallic surfaces of underwater components. In case, if any frame of the inspectionvideo degraded/corrupted/missed due to noise or any other factor, then it may cause serious safety issue. The problem of missing/degraded/corrupted video frame estimation is a challenging problem till date. Inthis paper a systematic literature review on video processing techniques is carried out, to perform theirsuitability analysis for NPP applications. The limitation of existing approaches are also identified alongwith a roadmap to overcome these limitations
Ex-situ Conservation of Indigenous, Threatened and Ethno-Medicinal Diversity of Forest Species

Madhya Pradesh is rich in plant wealth and endemic flora. As a part of conservation programme, institute has established an arboretum-cum-botanic garden in 1976, covering an area of 7.34 ha. The garden complex includes various sections situated in the campus and nursery. The main forest botanic garden is situated in 4.25 ha area and houses a wide array of forest flora including trees, shrubs, climbers and herbal plant species in various sections. Of the total species planted, over 50% were threatened and ascribed with conservation value. The garden was of scientific and educational utility. The institute provides diploma and degree courses in collaboration with Universities and colleges. The institute forest botanic garden has been registered under the network of Indian Botanic Gardens in 2005. It was one among the 140 Botanic gardens of India registered by Botanic Garden Conservation International under BGCI-Investing in Nature-India programme. Detailed online information was available on the IBGN website (http//www.ibgn.org). SFRI-BG is unique in terms of its scientific arrangement of plants. The species wise conservation status and uses pertaining to ethnic, medicinal and economic importance were described here.

Shorea robusta is threatened these days due to sal borer attack, sal mortality, poor regeneration potential, edapho-climatic changes and various biotic interferences. No systematic attempts were made in India, to understand dynamism of its natural regeneration and to suggest management inputs to encourage its regeneration. The present study deals with the natural regeneration with particular reference to crop composition and community structure in Kanha Tiger Reserve in India. The results indicated that the average number of regeneration of sal seedlings per hectare worked out to be 1557 in core zone, 3446 in buffer zone and 7137 in in phen wild life sanctuary which are quite adequate. The distribution pattern of individuals of Shorea robusta trees in different girth classes was also seemed to be uninterrupted in most of the stands studied. This trend of uninterrupted distribution of Shorea robusta in different growth phases with plenty of established regeneration is the healthy sign of establishment and growth of Shorea robusta crop in the past in this area.
