본 논문의 목표는 한국 전력에서 의뢰한 용량 과제를 리뷰하기 위한 것이다. 한국 전력은 현재 책정된 용량 가격(CP)을 최적화하려고 한다. 이러한 과정에서 한국 전력과 발전사들 간에 논란이 있었다. 우리 연구팀은 중립적인 입장에서 한국 계통의 안정성에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였다. 본 리뷰에서 다룬 내용은 한국 계통의 적정 설비 예비율을 구하기 위해, Loss of Load Probability-이하 LOLP를 산출하는 과정을 시뮬레이션을 통해 보여주는 것이다. 더 정확한 결과를 산출하기 위해 2007년 실제 부하 및 설비 용량 자료가 사용되었다. 또한 본 연구에서 진행된 여러 가지 과제 수행 단계중, 본 논문은 2번째 단계인 적정 설비 예비율을 12~15%로 하향시킬 가능성을 찾는 연구를 설명한다. 한국 전력 계통의 안정성 모델을 만들고, 그 모델을 사용하여 기준 LOLP에 맞는 적정 설비 예비율을 찾는다.

Recently, research on the smart grid that combines ICT(Information & Communication technology) to the power system has been actively progressed. If the occupancy of the EV(Electric vehicle) is increased. the V2G(Vehicle to grid) system is available which constitutes the micro-grid through battery of EV. V2G system performs load leveling and efficient energy consumption by battery operation considering load condition. But, if the battery is used only depending on the electricity rates, it doses not consider the life of the battery. The ACC(Achievable cycle) and the total transferable energy of battery varies corresponding to the selected DOD(Depth of discharge). In this paper, the optimal DOD selection method of V2G system considering battery wear cost and average driving distance of EV. Also, the total revenue prediction of various nation is presented considering the actual electricity costs per hour.

To obtain a low ground resistance in high resistivity soil or in insufficient place such as downtown, long vertical ground rods are often used. However, if the lightning current or fault current with high frequency flows into the grounding system, the ground impedance is remarkedly increased. This paper presents how the impulse and fault current works on the long vertical ground rods associated with incoming points. When the test current was injected at the bottom of ground rod, the potential waveform of ground rod includes the oscillation with high frequency.

Indonesia is a home to the majority of populations. With its tropical climate, Indonesia has abundant natural resources and plants and animals biodiversity. The Agricultural sector, which accounts for 13-15% of the gross domestic product (GDP) of the country, has recently increased. Meanwhile, the number of farmers is half of the total households. Agricultural productivity has generally recorded low levels. Indonesia`s agricultural production has steadily increased since 1980. Despite the East Asian financial crisis in the late 1990s, agricultural production in 2000 recovered to the level of previous years. From 2003 to 2005, the production of cereals, bulbous plant, vegetables, sugar and meat in Indonesia were 47.24, 22.4, 14.7, 2.3, and 2.2 million tons, respectively. The supplies of cereals, bulbous plant, vegetables, sugar, and meat recorded 38.3, 12.0, 1.5, 3.6 and 2.3 million tons respectively. These records show that cereal is relatively sufficient while vegetables and bulbous plants are leading export products and sugar and milk are major imported items. Promising investment sectors in Indonesian agriculture include agro-industrial cereal farming and food processing, farm development, irrigation and water conservation technologies, agricultural science and technology and human resources development. If we consider investment in the Indonesian agricultural sector, we shall review Indonesia`s investment conditions, as well as relevant laws and practices in advance by analyzing strengths and weaknesses in the agriculture.
