The research sample consists of 276 purposively selected third-year students from three faculties who registered for additional studies in Semester 1.2 at Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), and the purposes of this research were as follows; (1) to enable the students to enhance their Thai language skills and Thai culture experience; (2) to help the students practice using Thai language for more effective communication; and (3) to enable the students to apply Thai language knowledge and skills effectively in their work performance. Research Results: It was found that the overall pre-test mean score of the whole sample group was 25.69. When pre-test mean scores of students in the three faculties were considered, it was found that students in the Faculty of Management Science had the highest pre-test mean score (28.31), followed by that of students in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (26.18), and that of students in the Faculty of Business Administration (24.75), respectively. As for the post-test mean scores, it was found that the overall post-test mean score of the research sample was 31.46. When post-test mean scores of students in the three faculties were considered, it was found that students in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology had the highest post-test mean score (37.17), followed by that of students in the Faculty of Management Science (32.36), and that of students in the Faculty of Business Administration (28.34), respectively. Regarding the results of comparison between the pre-learning and postlearning achievement scores, the overall result showed that the postlearning achievement score was higher than the pre-learning achievement score at the .01 level of statistical significance. This result indicated that the provision of learning experience to the learners achieved its predetermined goal.

บทความชิ้นนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวิจัยเรื่อง การถ่ายทอดความเชื่อเรื่องนาคของคนไทลื้อใน“ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความหมายเชิญสัญลักษณ์ ”สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมลุ่มน้ำโขงตอนบน เกี่ยวกับนาคและการถ่ายทอดความเชื่อเรื่องนาค ที่ปรากฏในรูปแบบงานศิลปกรรมและกิจกรรม ของชาวไทลื้อ ทั้งนี้วิธีการในการศึกษา ได้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล จากเอกสารและจากการวิจัยภาคสนาม ด้วยวิธีการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม การ สัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พื้นที่ศึกษาเก็บข้อมูลจากชุมชนไทลื้อใน เขตปกครองตนเองชนชาติไท สิบสองปันนา สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และไทลื้อในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ของประเทศไทย โดยในบทความนี้ ได้นำผลการศึกษาความรู้เรื่องนาคของชาวไทลื้อมาทดลอง ถ่ายทอดให้กับกลุ่มเยาวชนไทลื้อ บ้านลวงเหนือ ตำบลลวงเหนือ อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัด เชียงใหม่ เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการมีตัวตนทางสังคม ท่ามกลางความหลากหลายใน สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม และเป็นแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมของตนเองให้กับ เด็กและเยาวชนรุ่นใหม่ ในชุมชนชาวไทลื้อในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผลการศึกษาพบว่าชาวไทลื้อที่บ้าน ลวงเหนือ มีความภาคภูมิใจในความเป็นลื้ออย่างมาก แสดงให้เห็นโดยในภายในชุมชนมีการจัดตั้ง ศูนย์วัฒนธรรมภูมิปัญญาไทลื้อไว้สำหรับสืบทอดความรู้สู่เยาวชน ทำให้ชุมชนไทลื้อบ้านลวงเหนือ หมู่ 4 และหมู่ 5 อยู่ในการรับรู้ของคนทั่วไปเมื่อนึกถึงประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมไทลื้อในประเทศ ไทย รวมทั้งการได้รับรางวัลจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและองค์กรต่างๆ เป็นจำนวนมาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้น ยังพบว่าตัวแทนผู้นำชุมชนบ้านลวงเหนือ มีความพยายามในการถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญาไทลื้อที่ตนมี ให้กับเยาวชน ผ่านระบบการศึกษาในโรงเรียนบ้านลวงเหนือ ในชั่วโมงภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และ ได้รับความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดีจากครูผู้สอน This article is part of a research paper titled “Conveying the Naga Beliefs of the Tai Lue people in the Upper Mekong Multicultural Society”; it aims to analyze the symbolic meaning of Naga and the depiction of Naga beliefs that appear in the form of fine art and activities of the Tai Lue people. The methodology of the study has been used to use qualitative research methods, by collecting data from documents and field research, engaging and nonengaging observation methods, unstructured interviews, and in-depth interviews. The study area is the Tai Lue community area in the Sibsongpanna Tai Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China, and Tai Lue in northern Thailand. In this article induct the results of the study of Naga knowledge of the Tai Lue people were passed on to Tai Lue youth. group, Ban Luang Nuea, Luang Nuea Sub-district, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai Province. To demonstrate the importance of social identity amid diversity in multicultural societies, it is a way to strengthen knowledge of their own culture for young people and young people in the Tai Lue community in Thailand. The results showed that Tai Lui people at Ban Luang Nuea were very proud of their knowledge and that there was a cultural center of wisdom for the children, and the Tai Lue community, Ban Luang Nuea, among Moo 4 and Moo 5, is said to be the top priority. When it comes to Tai Lue traditions and culture in Thailand, it has been awarded by several government agencies and organizations. What's more, it was found that the leader's representatives of the Ban Luang Nuea community were not able to find In 2013, the school of the Royal Thai government released a new study of the city's financial system, which was passed on to the public education system, in the hours of local wisdom and well-cooperated by the teachers.
