The result of this study-in the Korean architectural phylosophy,in the site plannig of domestic architecture,and in the meaning of the space formation-through the phylosophyical and the religious factors among the major influential elements of the architectural culture is this : The first, the primary thought of the Korean traditional phylosophy is the harmony of the heaven, the earth, and human,those are the worship of the Heaven, the Earth-god-mother, and the worship of the human-so called Hamanism. The second, the views of the world in the three oriental phylosophy - Confucianism, Buhdism, and Daoism - is the dualism from that transmigration and simplicity can be analogized. The third, the nature of the orient is expression of the heaven, the earth, and the human in oneself ; that human could receive energy from the planning a builing or simply from the secting a site, and live together by the theory of the Duality and the Five primary substances.

The purpose of this study is to compare Post-Modernism with Late-Modernism in the 1960s. Both have called lots of attentions among contemporary architectural styles since Modernism on 1920s. The reseach of the following problems in the present,the more spontaneous methods for our own culture and environment would be look after: ·visual disorder in the man-made environment, ·monotonous and meaningless form by the mechanical aesthetics ·deficient symbolic meamings in architecture by the discontinuity from the past.

요즈음 건설업계는 각종 건설사업 및 각종 사회간접자본시설의 건립에 있어서 부실공사문제가 많이 발생하여 몸살을 앓고 있다. 정부는 정부대로 각종 건설업 제도개선과 함께 부실공상에 대한 처벌을 강화하고 있으며, 감사원에서도 부실공상의 근절을 올해의 중점사항으로 선정해 공사현장을 감시하고 있다. 또한 언론 및 소비자단체도 부실공사사례를 고발하고 있어 건설업계는 새로운 국면에 처해 있는 실정이다. 앞으로 건설시장의 문화가 활짝 열리고 외국업체의 경쟁이 불가피해지면 앞으로 건설업계는 과거의 담합적인 사업형태를 지속하는 것이 어렵게 될 것이요, 「품질 및 가격의 차별화」와 이런 것들을 가능하게 하는 「경영전략의 차별화」에 성공한 기업만의 성공하고, 이에 실패한 기업은 낙오하는 냉엄한 경쟁환경이 조성될 것이다. 부실공사의 근절은 품질에 대한 소비자들의 견제가 시장기능을 통해서 충실히 반영되고, 이를 적극 수용하는 기업들의 자율적인 노력없이는 그 어떤 타율적인 부실방지대책도 한계가 있으므로 건설업계 스스로가 부실을 근원적으로 방지하고 견실한 공사를 수행하면, 기술적 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화를 유도할 수 있는 방안을 갖고 새로운 환경변화를 적극 수용해서 건설공사에 있어서의 부실 공사을 발본색원해야 하겠다.
