단감나무의 品種別 가지의 生理 및 形態的인 特性을 조사한 결과 17年生 品種 中에서 미카도는 幹周, 樹高, 樹冠占有面積, 樹容積이 가장 크게 나타났고 禪寺丸은 反對傾向을 나타내었다. 7年生 品種 中에서 晩御所는 幹周, 樹高, 樹冠下高 樹幅이 크게 나타났고, 반대로 大紅枾는 가장 작은 경향을 나타내었으나 樹容積은 크게 나타났다. 2年枝의 길이는 西村早生이 가장 길었고, 早紅枾가 가장 짧았으며 가지의 直徑은 愛知富有, 大紅枾가 컸고, 御所, 大安단감, 伊豆, 早紅枾는 가장 작았다. 2年枝의 無機成分의 함량은 御富는 Na, Fe가 많았고 N, P, K는 적었다. 甘百目은 P, Mg, Mn이 많았고 Fe, B는 적었다. 禪寺丸은 K, Na가 많았고, 大安단감은 Na, Zn이 적었으며 그외 품종은 뚜렷한 경향이 없었다. Physiological and morphological properties of the branches of different cultivars of sweet persimmons were investigated, and the results obtained as follows. Among the 17-year-old cultivars, Mikado was the largest for trunk girth, tree height, crown area, and crown volume, while Zenjimaru was found to be the smallest in all of the properties mentioned above. Among the 7-year-old cultivars, Bang Gosho was the largest for trunk girth, tree height, height under crown, and tree spread, while the smallest of what was found in Dae Hong Si except the crown volume which was large. The length of 2 year-old shoots was the longest in Nishimura Wase cultivars but the shortest was the cultivars of Jo Hong Si. The diameters of the 2-year-old shoots was relatively greater cultivars of Aichi Fuyu, and Dae Hong Si. In contrast the shorter diameter was determined in the cultivars of Gosho, Daean Dangam, Yido, and Jo Hong Si. Composing the mineral contents of 2-year-old-shoots, in Ebo the contents of Na, and Fe were high but those of N, P, K were low. High contents of P, Mg, Mn, and low contents of Fe, B, were anslyzed in the cultivar of Ama Hyakume. The highest contents of K, and Na were obtained in the cultivar of Zenjimaru. The lowest contents of Na, Zn were analyzed in the cultivar of Daean Dangam. No other cultivars exhibited noticeable tendencies.
