재한 중국동포 단체 리더의 활동경험에 나타난 인정투쟁의 의미

본 연구는 국내거주 중국동포 단체 리더들의 활동경험에 나타난 인정투쟁의 의미를 살펴보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 재한 중국동포 단체 현황 및 관련 연구들을 리뷰하고, 인정투쟁의 논의들을 살펴보았다. 또한 중국동포 단체에서 다양한 활동을 하는 단체 리더 7명을 선정하여 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 해석학적 현상학 방법을 기초로 하여 인터뷰를 통해 도출된 내용들에 대해 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 재한 중국동포 단체 리더의 활동 경험은 3개 범주, 7개 주제군, 13개 구성의미로 드러났다. 재한 중국동포 단체 리더의 활동경험의 의미는 개인적인 부분에서 정체성의 회복과 자기실현을 위한 움직임이었고, 사회적인 부분에서는 내적으로는 동포사회를 향한 책임감이었다. 또한 외적으로는 동포사회 이미지 개선과 주류사회로의 진출을 도모하는 권리확장의 움직임이었음을 알 수 있었다. This study is aimed to search the meaning of Recognition struggle for the leader of Korean-Chinese social organizations. To this end, the leader of seven Korean-Chinese social organizations joined in in-depth interviews and the hermeneutical qualitative research methodology was applied to interpret it. As a result, the meaning was consisted of 13 meaning units, 7 derived topics, and 3 essential topics. From a personal standpoint of leaders, the group activities considered as a struggle for self-identity and self-realization. From a social perspective, the group activities struggled with a sense of responsibility to Korean-Chinese compatriots internally, and struggled for improving self-image of Korean-Chinese compatriots externally and expanding rights of integrating into the mainstream society. This study also made some suggestions for vitalizing the future Korean-Chinese social organizations.
