Nowaday is the time of what is called as 4S i.e. sugar, screen, sports and sex and of 4M, that is, money, majority, mass media, machiavellism. They are influencing on the human relationship negatively. Therefore, creative human relationship means that Human relationship must be created along with positive and active thoughts and attitudes and is avoiding the master-slave relationship and is marching toward the partnership. Network Quotient which is oriented to a creative human relationship beyond the master-slave relationship is a ruler of measuring the ability of living together with other persons, e.g. how to live with other persons. In order to heighten a network quotient, the subject must give before he expect that others give him a priori. And he must move with careful consideration on other persons and bowing his head must live. In order to construct a creative human relationship, the paradigm must change from the follower paradigm implying that a leader have his followers to the leader paradigm implying that all of us are a leader. Therefore it is significant to consider on a creative human relationship.

As human comlllunicCll`ion can not be properly achieved without exchanging words, it would be difficult to maintain decent human relationships without conversation, Also, as it would be impossible to gain or deliver knowledge without communication, it would not be possible to achieve creation and succession of development. Especially, in order to maintain successful life in present information era, we need communication skills for creative human relationships. To form crealive human relations in such a situation, it is meaningful to examine essence, rule, shoucture and principle of communicatioll. Conversation is the principle of making the other person understand and is a driving force behind creative human relationships. A good communicator is not born but is groomed by education i`lnd training. One can not display communication skills just based on b.`1.sic principles of conunw-ucation. To acquire excellent communication skills, one needs to make intentional efforts based on basic principle. Communication skill is a result of continual practice and efforts. I believe Ulat continual practice based on contents proposed through resea.rch regarding communication skills for creative hwnan relationships will improve one`s conununication skills and hDve positive effect on creative human relationships.

농용 무인항공방제용 500g 대립제의 잡초방제효과와 확산성

Halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet 500g 대립제와 3kg 입제에 대한 시간대별로 채취한 물을 분석하고 제초활성을 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 500g 대립제를 중심부에 처리하여 30~60분 후 10 ㎡ 면적에 유효한 수준의 확산이 일어났다. 확산이 일어나는데 중요한 영향을 미치는 것은 부유성담체와 수분함량이다. 이와 같은 이유로 500g 대립제의 개봉 후 수분과의 접촉은 확산성에 영향을 미치므로 개봉당일 약제를 살포하여야 한다. 500g 대립제와 3kg 입제간의 약효는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 사마귀풀, 올챙이고랭이에 대한 반응은 달랐다. 이는 유효성분이 수중에 분포하는 500g 대립제와 달리 토양표면 1cm 내에 많은 양이 분포하는 3 kg 입제와의 유효성분의 확산양상에 의한 차이이다. This study was conducted to investigate herbicidal efficacy and diffusibility of halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet in water treated with 500 g great granule (GG) and 3 kg granule (GR). The 500 g GG was been spreading on the surface of the water within 6 minutes, 53 seconds, and it"s active ingredient was diffused in the water bath of 10 ㎡ size between 30 and 60 minutes. In addition, the diffusion of 500 g GG was influenced by moisture contents, so it have to immediately use 500 g GG in paddy fields when it was been unpacked. The herbicidal efficacy of the 500 g GG and 3 kg GR of halosulfuron-methyl+mefenacet was excellent to most weed species, but showed different efficacy for the control of Aneilema keisak and Scirpus juncoides, that was may be distribution pattern of active ingredient as different formulation.
