In order to observe the realities of social education in rural community, researcher had done a questionnaire survey. The population of the study was the 1,830 male householders or their wives of the 183 rural villages. Social education programs were focused on agricultural skill. The informations of education were mainly informed through contacting with neighbors. Rural residents, specially young people and women demand various education programs concerned with habit, economics, children, family and childcare. The limitations of the participation on social education were distance to the educational facilities, old age of the residents, shortage of the time, uninformed about the education. long education system. In the future, people were encouraged to participate on educational programs which are evaluate peoples` abilities for rural development along with agricultural skills. So, governmental organizations and the agricultural technology center should carry out various educational programs and establish social learning and life.

The study is to develop indicators for woman famers center using focus group meeting and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), which is a method to derive relative weights for each evaluation indicators. The results of this study are as follows. We determined such as the three indicators that planning establishment(seven), promotion process of work(six), performance of work(nine). We analysed the weights of this indicators by AHP. The relative weights of performance of work was 0.5269, planning establishment 0.2554 and promotion process of work marked 0.2177. It was suggested that further research should be carried out to develop more objective assessment indicators.
