Environmental improvement could not be the solution for a modern ecological crisis. The transition of civilization is gaining persuasive power through an organic world-view of the perspective of post-anthropocentric subjectivity according to the concept of pan-experientialism. This means that all beings are interconnected, taking into account the ideals and purposes of the community. Accordingly, the anthropocentric civilization must be converted into a civilization of all beings including nature. God has meaning as the purpose of the evolution of this world. Thomas Berry sees the modern world as a period of transition from the Cenozoic to a new civilization called Ecozoic. In the Cenozoic era, the distorted myth of anthropocentric progress has damaged the life system and lost the ability of creation. However, the Earth s history predicts that a new era will be opened through the transformation of civilization, and it has been defined as an “ecozoic”. We can find more possibilities in the Eastern way of thought than Western for Ecological civilization. The ethos of Asian religions can be a blessing for Christianity to be reborn for a new ecological civilization through the Asian way of theology.

거시경제학과 젠더: 성 인지적 거시경제학 정립을 위한 시론적 연구

본 연구는 성 인지적 거시경제학 정립을 위한 단초를 마련하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 성 인지적 관점에서 거시경제의 정형화된 사실을 살펴본다. 이를 통해 거시경제학이 주목하는 젠더 문제의 핵심을 밝힌다. 다음으로 성 인지적 거시경제학의 요건을 분석하고, 방법론을 검증하며, 거시경제의 제도들을 재해석하면서 성 인지적 거시경제학의 조건과 가능성을 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 성 인지적 거시경제학 분야의 선행 연구를 분석하고 대안적 거시경제의 연구 사레를 성 인지적 국민계정, 성 인지적 예산, 포스트케인지언 2부문 모형, Pietila의 국민경제 가계 중심론을 통해 타진한다. 마지막으로 연구를 요약하고 한계를 제시 한다. This paper attempts to reconstruct what constitutes the macro-economy and tried to do offer ideas for engendering macroeconomics. As discussed below, much of this study relates to critiquing specific aspects of orthodox macroeconomics and to identifying the gender biases in economic policies. The analysis is based on the problem of gender budgeting and household`s Non- NSA Production, a post keynesian two sector model by Akram-Lodhi and Hanmer, and the theory of the triangle of the human economy by Pietila, which allows for gender-aware macroeconomics.

이 글은 2014년 독일인 경제학자 하인(Hein)이 쓴 『케인즈 이후의 분배와 성장: 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 길라잡이(Distribution and Growth after Keynes: A Post-Keynesian Guide)』에 대한 서평이다. 이 책에서 하인은 맑스와 케인즈 그리고 칼레츠키의 경제학을 바탕으로 21세기 자본주의가 어떻게 작동하는지를 분석한다. 이를 위해 성장 위주의 주류 성장론의 오류를 넘어, 분배가 성장의 중요한 변수라는 점을 신고전파 성장론과 케인지언 성장론, 포스트 케인지언과 포스트 칼레츠키언 성장론의 전개과정을 되새기면서 확인한다. 아울러 포스트 칼레츠키언 기본 모형에 ‘임금소득자의 저축’, ‘국제무역’, ‘기술 진보’, ‘이자와 신용’ 및 ‘금융화’라는 변수를 하나씩 추가하며 대안적 성장과 분배론을 완성해 간다. 이를 통해 이 책은 대안 부재에 허덕이는 세계 경제학계는 물론 한국 경제학계에도 큰 시사점을 제공한다. This Review is about a book named ‘Distribution and Growth after Keynes: A Post-Keynesian Guide’, which is written by a german economist Eckhard Hein in 2014. In the book Hein provides guidance for alternative economic theories after Keynes and successfully brings a long-forgotten theme: distribution as center of economic analysis. For that Hein presents at first an overview of the various economic growth models including old and new neoclassical, Keynesian, Post Keynesian and Post Kaleckian growth models towards distribution and growth. After that he gradually extends basic Kaleckian models by introducing saving from wages, international trade, technological progress, interest and credit and ‘financialisation’ with results of several empirical works. This book should be of value for not only students but also for researchers and policy makers, who are interested in issues of distribution and growth in the contemporary capitalism and its long-term stagnation.

과정신학 삼위일체론에 의한 ‘신학적 생태론’ : 조셉 브락켄을 중심으로

이천년 전 예수가 제시하였던 구원의 메시지는 이 시대의 생태 위기 상황에서 지구에존재하는 모든 피조물을 향한 것으로 재해석 되어야한다. 조셉 브락켄은 세계를 유기적연결 구조로 이루어진 공동체적 존재로 바라보는 과정형이상학을 기초로 하여 모든 존재를 상호 주체적 정신을 포함하는 사회적 존재로 파악하였다. 그리고 삼위일체는 성부, 성자, 성령이 각자의 역할에 의해 공동으로 구성하는 장인 창조의 매트릭스를 통해 이해하고자 하였다. 세계의 모든 새로움이 창발하며 하느님의 의지가 전달되는 매트릭스를 통하여 무한한 범위를 갖는 세 위격은 하나의 실체로 인식된다. 이러한 존재방식은 세계와 끊임없이 소통하며 창조성을 제시하고 결과를 포함하는 것으로서, 모든 피조물은 하느님의지향하는 바를 점진적으로 완성해 간다는 범재신론의 전망을 제시한다. 세계의 사회 원리가 하느님의 존재방식을 지향해야 한다는 관점은 신앙의 근원인 삼위일체의 계시로부터‘신학적 생태론’을 제시할 수 있다. 개별적 주체성을 존중하면서 상호 연결된 사회적 존재로서의 일치를 지향하는 신학적 생태론은 우주의 피조계 안에서 정신이 되는 인간의특별한 역할 또한 소중한 것으로 발견한다. The message of salvation presented by Jesus two thousand years ago must be reinterpreted to be directed to all creatures on the earth in the ecological crisis of this age. Based on process metaphysics, which views the world as a communal existence composed of an organically connected structure, Joseph Bracken identified all beings as social beings that include an intersubjective spirit. And the Trinity is to be understood through the matrix of creation, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit jointly constituted by their respective roles. The three Persons with the infinite scope are recognized as one substance through the Matrix which all novelty of the world emerges and the will of God is transmitted. This way of Trinity continuously communicates with the world, proposes creativity, and includes results, and shows the prospect of panentheism, that all creations gradually complete the purpose of God. The view that the social principles of the world should be oriented toward God s way of being can suggest a Theological Ecology from the revelation of the Trinity, the source of faith. Theological Ecology, which aims for unity as interconnected social beings while respecting individual subjectivity, also finds the special role of human beings as spirit in the creation of the universe as valuable.

오스트리아학파 경제학의 정체성과 현대경제학에 대한 기여와 한계

본 연구는 근대 경제학의 역사 속에서 부침을 많이 겪는 오스트리아학파 경제학을 전개 과정을 살펴보고 오스트리아학파의 정체성을 알아본다. 이를 통해 오스트리아학파의 정체성이 유지되고 있는지와 오스트리아학파 경제학이 비주류경제학이라면 어떤 점에서 주류경제학과 차이가 있는지를 알아본다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 오스트리아학파 경제학의 태동과 그 배경 및 전개 과정을 살펴본다. 다음으로 오스트리아학파의 기본원리를 살펴보고 이를 통해 정체성과 특징을 알아본다. 마지막으로 오스트리아학파의 기여, 문제점, 앞으로의 과제를 제시한다. This study examines the development process of Austrian school economics, which has experienced many ups and downs in the history of modern economics, and examines the identity of the Austrian school. Through this, we examine whether the identity of the Austrian school is maintained and if Austrian school economics is non-mainstream economics, in what respects it is different from mainstream economics. Accordingly, this study first examines the origins of Austrian school economics, its background and development process. Next, the principles of the Austrian school will be examined, and identity and characteristics will be identified through them. Finally, the contributions, problems, and future tasks of the Austrian School are presented.

정책논문 : 젠더와 대안 경제: 여성주의 경제론과 현실 적용 가능성

본 연구는 여성주의 경제의 이념을 소개하고 이를 현실에 적응할 가능성을 모색한다. 이를 위해 현재 활발히 진행되는 대안 경제 운동을 살펴보고 기존의 경제학과 경제운영 방식을 발전시킬 실마리를 마련한다. 연구의 순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 여성주의 및 경제 대안 경제의 관점을 살펴보고 기존의 경제학과의 차이점을 비교 분석한다. 다음으로, 여성주의 경제의 적용 가능성을 연대경제, 공정무역, 마켓페미니즘, 소액대출제도 등의 대안 경제의 사례를 통해 살펴본다. 마지막으로 이러한 대안 경제의 가능성과 한계를 분석한다. This study examines the ideas of feminist economy and their applicability in the real world. The aim of the study is to find the possibility of an alternative economy in the feminist economy. The study consists of three parties. First, it analyzes the feminist perspective of the economy. Next, mainstream economy and feminist economy are compared. To assess the possibility of an alternative economy, solidarity economy, fair trade, market feminism, micro credit and social enterprises are the target to investigate. Finally, this study analyzes the possibilities and limitations of feminist economy.

정책논문 : 돌봄과 수선에 관한 경제학적 이해

최근 돌봄 경제학은 돌봄 노동에 종사하는 여성의 문제를 해결하는 경제학만이 아니라 경제 문제를 해결할 대안으로 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 돌봄 경제학의 가능성을 확보하기 위해 기존의 돌봄 중심의 논의를 넘어 수선의 개념까지 포함한 논의로 발전을 꾀한다. 세상과 자신을 수선하는 인간으로 인간상을 재정립하려는 ``수선하는 인간(Homo reparans)`` 개념을 통해 세상을 보살피는 일을 여성의 문제만이 아니라 인간의 문제로 확대할 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 이러한 관점에서 돌봄과 수선의 개념과 경제학에서의 가능성을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 돌봄이 왜 문제가 되는지를 설명한다. 다음으로 돌봄 노동의 개념과 돌봄 경제학의 전개 과정을 살펴본다. 또한 수선 개념을 포함한 돌봄 경제학의 가능성을 모색한다. 마지막으로 돌봄 경제학의 지평과 과제를 제시한다. In recent years, the care economics is attracting attention not as economics, which solves the problem of women who are concerned with care work, but as the alternative economics that will solve economic problems. In order to investigate the possibility of care economics, this study extends the discussion centered care beyond discussion about the concept of repair. Through ``Homo raparans` redefining Human to repair the world and themselves, we can apply care not only for the problem of women, but also for the problem of Human Being. So, the aim of this study is to investigate the possibility of economics in terms of care and repair. First we describe the problem with care and repair, then examine the development process of care and repair economics. And finally, we suggest the vision and challenges of the care economics.
