        의료종사자, 환자, 일반인의 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 행동 지침에 대한 인식과 수행 비교

        Purpose: To identify the differences in perception of and adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guidelines among health care workers, patients, and the general public and to use them to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Methods: From October 16 2020 to November 30, 2020, a survey was conducted among 85 health care workers, 85 patients, and 82 general public regarding the perception of and adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guidelines. Results: Patients scored significantly higher than the general public in the adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline, and there was no difference between health care workers and general public, and patients and health care workers. In the multivariate analysis, the factors that influence the adherence of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guide were found in women and the perception of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline. Conclusion: In order to promote the implementation of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline, it is necessary to increase the perception of the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline and provide additional education in men. It is necessary to investigate the reason behind why men have low adherence to the COVID-19 social distancing behavior guideline.

        한국의 40세 이상 남녀의 소득, 결혼, Body Mass Index, 건강행태요인이 당뇨에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 한국인유전체역학조사사업(KoGES)에서 2001년부터 2013년 사이에 구축된 지역사회기반코호트(안산, 안성), 도시기반코호트, 농촌기반코호트 자료를 통합하여 구축한 한국의 만 40세 이상 성인 남녀를 210,413명을 대상으로 소득수준, 결혼, BMI, 건강행태요인이 당뇨병에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 당뇨병에 미치는 위험요인을 보면, 소득이 당뇨병과 역의 선형을 보이면서, 소득이 적을수록 당뇨병이 증가하는 경향이 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 남성, 고령, 사별, 비만, 음주, 흡연이 당뇨병에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 소득과 결혼이 건강행태요인들보다 당뇨병에 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이 연구는 당뇨병 발생 위험요인이 높은 집단은 소득 수준이 낮고, 결혼상태가 별거, 이혼한 고령의 남성 집단임을 보여주고 있다. 이 연구는 당뇨병 발생위험이 소득수준, 결혼상태와 같은 사회경제적 상태에 따라 차이가 있어 당뇨병 중재 프로그램개발과 적용을 고려할 때 인구학적 특성과 사회경제적 상태를 고려한 중재가 필요함을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 특히 당뇨병의 치료 및 관리에 있어서 소득수준에 따른 다양한 중재방안이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study was conducted by integrating data from community-based cohorts (Ansan, Anseong), urban-based cohorts, and rural-based cohorts established between 2001 and 2013 by the Korean Genome Epidemiology Survey (KoGES) in Korea, and was constructed by those over the age of 40 in Korea. The effects of income level, marriage, BMI, and health behavior factors on diabetes were analyzed for 210,413 adult men and women. The effect on diabetes was inversely linear with income, and as the income decreased, the tendency to increase diabetes was evident. Men, old age, bereavement, obesity, drinking, and smoking were found to have an effect on diabetes, but income and marriage had more influence on diabetes than health behavior factors. In conclusion, it is necessary to adjust health behavioral factors for elderly male subjects with low income, separated from their marital status, and divorced with risk factors for diabetes, and to prepare interventions to improve awareness and prevent diabetes.

        중소병원 적정성 평가를 담당하는 간호사의 업무경험

        Purpose : This study aimed to comprehensively understand the work experience of the person in charge of the adequacy evaluation of small-and medium-sized hospitals and explore its meaning and essence in-depth. Methods : This was a descriptive qualitative study. The study participants were 10 nurses who understood the purpose of this study and participated voluntarily. Data collection was conducted via in-depth interviews in January 2021. The interviews were conducted 1-2 times per participant and lasted approximately 40-50 minutes per session. Data analysis was performed using a qualitative content analysis. Results : The work experience of the person in charge of the adequacy evaluation of small-and medium-sized hospitals included four themes: "difficulty in preparing for evaluation," "negative views on evaluation," "lack of a support system," and "positive improvements and changes due to an evaluation." Conclusion : Based on the above results, an education program and support system should be developed to strengthen the competence of nurses in charge of the adequacy evaluation of small- and medium-sized hospitals.

      • 관개계획을 위한 일기예보의 신뢰성과 활용성

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the accuracy of weather forecasts of temperature. precipitation probability, and sky condition and to evaluate the applicability of weather forecasts for the estimation of potential evapotranspiration for irrigation scheduling. Five weather stations were selected to compare forecasted and measured climatical data. The error between forecasted and measured temperature was calculated and discussed. The accuracy of temperature forecast using relative frequency of the error was calculated. The temperature forecasting showed considerably high accuracy. Average sunshine hours for forecasted sky conditions were calculated and showed resonable quality. From the reliability graphs. the forecasting precipitation probability was reliable. Potential evapotranspirations were calculated and compared using forecasted and measured temperatures. The weather forecast is considered usable for irrigation scheduling.

        중소병원 적정성 평가를 담당하는 간호사의 지식 및 교육 요구도

        Purpose: This study examined the knowledge and education needs of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Study participants included 198 nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals. Data were collected from November 19 to 28, 2020 through an online survey. The data were analyzed by independent t-test and one way ANOVA analysis using the SPSS. Results: The knowledge score for the adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals was 11.61±4.10 (total of 20 points), and the educational demand was 3.87±0.88 points on a 5-point scale. Regarding the necessity of education for adequacy evaluation of small and medium-sized hospitals, 80.3% of the participants claimed education as being necessary. “Online video lectures” were the most preferred (22.7%) education method, and “2 times” was the most frequent education (47.0%); “1 hour” was the usual duration of class (48.5%). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop and apply an educational program reflecting the measure of educational needs to improve the knowledge level of nurses in charge of adequacy evaluation in small and medium-sized hospitals.

        This study was conducted to develop the simple and convenient irrigation control model which can maintain the appropriate rates of irrigation and drainage of nutrient solution according to the environmental conditions and growth stages in soilless culture of cucumber. In order to obtain fundamental data for development of the model, investigation of the actual state of soilless culture practices was carried out. Most irrigation systems of soilless culture were controlled by the time clock. Evapotranspiration of cucumber in soilless culture was investigated and correlations with environmental conditions were analyzed, and its prediction model was developed. A irrigation control model based on the time clock control and there were considered seasons, weather conditions, and growth stages was developed. Applicability of the model was tested by simulation. Drainage rates of irrigation system controlled by conventional time clock, integrated solar radiation, and the developed model were 61%, 20%, and 32%, respectively in cucumber perlite culture.

      • 이중필름 수막시스템의 에너지 절감 효과

        This study was carried out to investigate energy saving effect and thermal insulation characteristics of double film water curtain system during the coldest season in greenhouse. A double film water curtain system is a ground water spraying system between double layered plastic film, and it is able to make uniform water curtain. The experimental greenhouses were plastic greenhouses of two types. A type-Ⅰ was a two-thirds arched shape and its area was 350㎡ . A type-Ⅱ was a triangle shape and its area was 190㎡. Both greenhouses were cultivated with cactus. The minimum outside air temperature ranged was -2.6 to -16.7℃ and nocturnal ambient mean temperature was -6.5℃. The experimental greenhouses have maintained the air temperature above 2℃ of type-Ⅰ and 8℃ of type-Ⅱ. The ground water spraying flow rates of these greenhouses were 7.0ℓ/㎡hr of type-Ⅰ and 4.3ℓ/㎡hr of type-Ⅱ. The overall heat transfer coefficient of type-Ⅰ greenhouse was calculated at 1.97 kcal//㎡hr℃ and type-Ⅱ was 1.44 kcal/㎡hr℃. The energy saving rate of type-Ⅰ greenhouse was estimated and 78.1% and type-Ⅱ was 98.9%.
