A survey was conducted on safety and health managers to analyze what change have occurred in the safety health management system of companies since the enforcement of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act. As a result, it was confirmed that most of the safety and health budgets increased, and most of the safety and health organization operations and safety and health tasks were strengthened. However, further research is needed to see if this has a practical effect on worker safety and reduction of serious accidents, and realistic measures are needed to allow safety and health managers to focus on practical helpful tasks rather than formal ones. In addition, it was confirmed that active support from business owners or management managers and strengthening education on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act were needed through cross-analysis between the education of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act and positive change in safety and health.
컨조인트 분석을 이용한 전기차 완속충전기에 대한 최적 신상품 설계

국내의 전기차 시장은 가파르게 성장하고 있다. 전기차 보급이 활성화됨에 따라 전기차충전기 시장 역시 빠르게 확대되고 있다. 국내 전기차 충전 인프라는 운영사업자별로 충전기 형태가 통일되어 있지 않다. 또한 현재 전기차 구매요인에 관한 선행연구는 많지만 전기차 충전기 관련 연구는 부진한 상태이다. 이 때문에 이용자의 전기차 충전기 선호도 조사의 필요성을 느껴 연구를 시작하였다. 컨조인트 분석은 제품이 가진 각각의 속성에 고객이 부여하는 효용을 추정하여 그 고객이 어떤 제품을 선택할지 예측하는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 컨조인트 분석을 통해 고객 개개인이 전기차 완속 충전기의 각 속성과 속성 수준에 대해 어느 정도의 선호도를 부여하는지 추정하였다. 그리고 선형 회귀분석을 통해 속성별 효용값 그래프와 상대적 중요도를 도출하였다. 속성별 효용값 그래프를 보면, 형태, 사용범위, 전력에서 유사한 효용 패턴을 보였고, 충전선 길이와 가격에서 상이한 효용 패턴을 보였다. 그리고 타겟층의 속성별 상대적 중요도는 가격 40%, 형태 17%, 전력 16%, 사용범위 13%, 충전선의 길이 12%로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 전기차 완속 충전기 최적 모델을 제안한다. The domestic electric vehicle market is growing rapidly. As the supply of electric vehicles is activated, the electric vehicle charger market is also rapidly expanding. The domestic electric vehicle charging infrastructure does not have a unified charger type for each operator. In addition, there are many previous studies on the factors for purchasing electric vehicles, but studies related to electric vehicle chargers are sluggish. For this reason, research was started by feeling the need for a user's preference survey for electric vehicle chargers. Conjoint analysis is a technique that predicts which product the customer will choose by estimating the utility given to each attribute of the product. In this study, through conjoint analysis, it was estimated how much preference each customer gives to each attribute and attribute level of the electric vehicle slow charger. And through linear regression analysis, the utility value graph and relative importance for each attribute were derived. Looking at the graph of utility values by attribute, similar utility patterns were shown in shape, range of use, and power, and different utility patterns were shown in the length and price of the charging line. In addition, the relative importance of each attribute of the target layer was 40% in price, 17% in shape, 16% in power, 13% in range of use, and 12% in length of charging line. Based on these research results, we propose an optimal model for electric vehicle slow chargers.
