클라우드 컴퓨팅은 개인 사용자들에게 급속히 확산되고 있다. 대부분의 연구들이 기술을 중심으로 그 대상을 기업으로 하고 있는데 반해 본 연구에서는 개인 사용자를 대상으로 퍼스널 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 실증하였다. 이를 위해 통합된 기술 수용 모형과 혁신확산이론, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 연구를 기반으로 퍼스널 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용에 대한 이론적 모형을 도출한 후 637명의 개인을 대상으로 실증하였다. 그 결과 지각된 유용성, 사용용이성, 사회적 영향, 개인의 혁신성이 퍼스널 클라우드 컴퓨팅 사용 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 기업 차원의 클라우드 사용과는 달리 보안에 대한 우려는 퍼스널 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 사용하는데 있어 큰 장애 요인으로 인식하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사용 용이성과 개인의 혁신성에 대해서는 나이와 성별이 일부 조절 효과를 나타내었다. The purpose of this paper to identify the factors which impact the use of personal cloud computer services. Unlike the previous research on cloud computing, this research limited cloud services to SaaS and focused on individual users who use the service of their own accord. Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) and Innovation Diffusion Theory(IDT), perceived usefulness, ease of use, social influence, security, and personal innovativeness were included on the research model as independent variables. In addition, age and gender were introduced as moderating variables to analyze the interaction effects between those independent variables and the dependent variables(use of SaaS). The questionnaire survey was conducted and data were collected from individual users in Daegu and Kyungbook areas. The results of regression analysis provide the following findings. First, all the factors except security were found to be significantly related to use of cloud services. Second, age and gender were found to have interaction effects for ease of use and personal innovativeness.

온라인 게임의 상호작용성이 사용자 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 게임 장르별 연구

본 연구는 온라인 게임 사용자의 몰입 및 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 효과를 분석하였다. 특히 상호작용성 관점에서 접근하여 게임 사용자의 몰입도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 커뮤니티 상호작용과 기계적 상호작용으로 구분하였다. 온라인 게임 커뮤니티 상호작용은 온라인 게임에 참여한 사용자간의 정보 교환 및 집단 형성을 통한 상호작용을 개념화한 것으로 커뮤니티 소속감, 커뮤니티 지원을 포함하였으며, 온라인 게임 서비스를 제공하는 시스템과 사용자의 상호작용인 기계적 상호작용 요인에는 사용자 목표, 사용자 조작성, 사용자 보상이 포함되었다. 또한 온라인 게임의 장르에 따라 이러한 요인들의 영향력이 달라질 것으로 보고 온라인 게임의 장르에 따른 영향력의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 온라인 게임 사용자의 커뮤니티 소속감과 사용자 조작성, 사용자 보상이 게임 사용자의 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 게임 장르에 따른 선행요인들의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 모든 상호작용 특성에 대해 조절 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이는 게임 장르에 따라 게임에 몰입하는 요인이 서로 다름을 의미하므로 실무차원에서 게임 장르별로 특별한 상호작용 환경을 고려하여 제작에 반영해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of online game interactivity on user flow and loyalty. Based on the literature, the online game interactivity was divided into community interactivity and system interactivity. Community affinity and community support were included in the research model as the community interactivity while user goals, user manipulation, and user compensation were included as the system interactivity. In addition, the type of online games was introduced as a moderating variable to analyze the interaction effect between the online game interactivity and the user flow. The questionnaire survey was conducted and data were collected from college students in Daegu and Kyungbook areas. The results of PLS analysis provide the following findings. First, community affinity, user manipulation, and user compensation were found to be significantly related to online game user flow. Second, online game user flow was found to be significantly related to online game user loyalty. Third, the type of online game was found to have interaction effect for all independent variables.

Green SCM의 도입 선행요인과 기업성과에 관한 연구

우리나라의 Green SCM에 관한 연구는 개념 및 사례연구 등 이론적 접근에 관한 연구에서 체계적인 관리방안을 제시하기 위한 실증연구들로 점차적인 증가세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 Green SCM에 대한 포괄적인 개념을 다루고 있는 실증연구는 부족한 것이 현실이며, Green SCM 실행에 대한 영향요인들을 파악하고 이러한 요인과 기업 성과의 관계를 분석하는 연구의 필요성이 제기된다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 Green SCM의 도입에 따른 영향요인과 Green SCM 활동과의 인과관계를 규명하고 Green SCM 성과요인에 영향을 미치는 요인의 정도를 분석하였다. Green SCM을 성공적으로 도입하여 확산시킬 수 있는 요인을 환경적 요인과 조직적 요인으로 구분하고, Green SCM의 활동 중에서 현재 기업들이 비용보다는 투자로 인식하여 적용되어지고 있는 녹색구매와 역물류관리 활동이 기업의 환경적 성과ㆍ경제적 성과ㆍ운영적 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 환경적 요인 중 산업 내 경쟁강도와 정부 지원이 녹색구매 및 역물류관리 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직적 요인 중 최고경영자 의지 및 거래업체와의 협업에서 일부 유의한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 녹색구매와 역물류관리 활동은 기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지속적인 성장을 통한 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 끊임없는 Green SCM 활동이 기업에 경쟁우위를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Although there are some studies on environmental logistics from different perspectives, there aren't many empirical studies on Green SCM with comprehensive concept. The number of empirical studies in Korea on Green SCM to present systematic managerial measures in theoretical approaches such as concepts and case studies is gradually increasing. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to establish the cause-and-effect relationship between influential factors from introducing Green SCM and the Green SCM activities, analyzing the factors that affect the performance factors of Green SCM. By dividing the factors that can introduce and expand Green SCM successfully into environmental factors and organizational factors, the study analyzed how among Green SCM activities green purchase and reverse logistics, which are considered as investment rather than cost by contemporary companies, affect the environmental, financial, operational performance of the companies. As more people become interested in Green SCM, it is important to establish the effect of these factors on corporate performance and to measure the degree of it. Green purchase and reverse logistics activities can positively affect corporate performance and can offer continuous competitive advantage. Thus this study empirically analyzed the role of green purchase and reverse logistics, which mediate between various components of logistics innovation and corporate performance.

기업의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 도입 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Cloud computing is provided on demand service via the internet, allowing users to pay for the service they actually use. Since cloud computing is emerging stage in industry, many companies and government consider adopting the cloud computing. Actually a variety of factors may influence on the adopting decision making of cloud computing. The objective of this study is to explore the significant factors affecting the adoption decision of enterprise cloud computing. A research model has been suggested based on TOE framework and outsourcing decision framework. Based on 302 data collected from managers in various industries, the major findings are following. First, the benefit factors of cloud computing service such as agility and cost reduction have direct and positive effects on adoption of the service. Second, lock-in as a risk factor of cloud computing service has a negative effect while security has not. Third, both internal and external environment factors have positive effects on adoption of the service.
